Please use our energy efficient mini-split A/C / heat pump system for heating and cooling the house. Look for the WHITE SAMSUNG REMOTE CONTROL in each room to operate the units which is very user friendly. Use of the electric baseboard heaters may result in additional fees.

Guests have full use of the entire house, patio, hot tub (2023), screened gazebo, private driveway and parking area, outdoor shower, BBQ grill and deck. The garage, guest house and outbuildings are private.
