Shaded Lean-to: Relax, sheltered from the sun, in a garden lounge equipped with a barbecue. Grilled food and laughter intertwine.

Sunny Terrace: Soak up the sun on the south-facing terrace, between sun loungers and a parasol. Time stands still, and the gentle warmth envelops you.

House in the Heart of a Vast Sand Garden, Surrounded by a Spacious Terrace.

The garden is thoughtfully landscaped with parasol pines, palm trees, and hops, creating a peaceful and verdant setting.

The house features three bedrooms, perfect for accommodating family and friends. The functional and practical bathroom meets your needs. The equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker. The utility room houses a washer.

The living space is inviting: the kitchen opens up to a large living room and dining area, ideal for relaxation and shared meals. The TV lounge is furnished with two comfortable sofas for enjoying ADSL Free television.

A spacious closet in the entrance provides storage for coats and beach gear. Underfloor heating ensures even warmth throughout.

At the entrance, there’s ample parking space for multiple vehicles, and an awning is available to shelter your bicycles.

    Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement les bienvenus à notre arrivée. La maison de vacances est située dans un endroit calme, tout en étant idéale pour faire de belles excursions dans la région. Tout était très propre et bien entretenu. Pour notre fils en fauteuil roulant, c’était un vrai soulagement : partout suffisamment d’espace pour manœuvrer facilement. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour !

    Une bulle de bonheur

    La maison est idéale pour se reposer, profiter du vaste et agréable jardin sans vis-à-vis. 2 larges baies vitrées donnent une impression de vivre dehors tout en étant dans le salon, avec 2 canapés au top. Grande TV. Une partie de la terrasse est couverte comme un préau. Très pratique pour les déjeuners à l'ombre. 3 grandes tables à disposition : 1 dans le salon, 2 en extérieur. Au top pour choisir de déjeuner/dîner à l'abri ou à la pleine lune.Cuisine toute équipée et couverts/ustensiles/verreries en quantité. Le cellier est un atout en + pour ranger en toute discrétion les courses. L'électroménager : linge et vaisselle, four, frigo etc sont de qualités (rare dans les locations).L'ensemble de la maison est carrelée : nettoyage aisé. Belle salle de douche, 3 chambres confortables avec accès direct sur le jardin pour 2 d'entres elles et l'autre une large fenêtre.Literies impeccables. Pour les courses : 10 mns en voiture, sans avoir à traverser une ville. Un HyperU, Intermarché ou un verger de Vendée (je recommande vivement cette épicerie). L'Océan :10 minutes également, vastes choix de plages. Préférence : plage de la Pège (plus sauvage). Cette location a tous les atouts pour un séjour idyllique. La conciergerie qui gère la remise des clefs (location de linge si besoin) est vraiment efficace. Alain et Marie-Christine qui ont été nos contacts sont réactifs, professionnels, à l'écoute. Cette location est un pur Bonheur. Un grand merci à Olivier, le propriétaire. On reviendra ;-)

    Maison moderne , proche de la plage, des commerces..

    Très chouette séjour , très belle expérience. Les volets sont très appréciables surtout avec la chaleur que nous avons eue. Aucun vis à vis , un jardin magnifique. il manquait juste la piscine :)
