Sleepy View Retreat has a full-service kitchen, cozy living room, and a dining area with seating for eight! Further amenities include wifi, satellite TV, a screened porch with infrared heating and propane grill, a deck, pond, and more! The master bedroom has a king bed w/ satellite TV, the loft has a queen and two twin beds, and the den has a sectional with a queen foldout bed w/ satellite TV, perfect for a family getaway! Located just a few minutes from the small historic town of Berkeley Springs, the retreat is nearby local artisans, shops, and dining! Sleepy View Retreat is also pet friendly, a great place to bring your fuzzy companions! Enjoy the two marked hiking trails that are right on the 17 acre Sleepy View property, both incorporate the wooded country lane driveway. The Daisy Trail is 1/2 mile with moderate slope and is marked with Blue directional arrows. The Piebald Trail is 1/4 mile over flat terrain and is marked with Yellow directional arrows.  Also, enjoy the regulation horseshoe pits and play a game of horseshoes.
