Beautifully kept condo on 1st floor with private balcony overlooking 5th hole of the Arrowhead Golf Course. Two Outdoor pools, one indoor pool and gym. Bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty closet space along with memory foam pull out sofa in the living room and cable TV.
Washer and Dryer in the full bath room with tub.
Arrowhead Club House is only 2 minutes away.
Parking available.
Waterway only steps away
Shopping and beaches within 15 minutes

Enjoyed our stay

We did all of our own cooking and the condo had everything we needed. Had an issue with the AC and management communicated well to get it fixed. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Small and comfortable

We enjoyed the location of this one bedroom condo on the 1st floor (not ground floor). It was clean and welcoming. Easy drive to the beach and restaurants.

I stayed here for several weeks but checked out early, leaving a significant number of unused nights.Before check-in, the host indicated that dates could be modified and even edited the reservation herself. Once the stay began, I was unable to make changes and she refused any adjustment, saying she would not revisit it.The unit itself felt dated and not well maintained, and the stove did not function properly for a large portion of my stay (only worked on high). I reported it and had it evaluated out of caution.Vrbo had to escalate multiple times — two supervisors contacted the host to request a refund for unused nights, and she still declined. After extensive calls and documentation, only a partial credit was issued.After checkout, the host made an allegation that was not accurate and was not supported during discussions with Vrbo.Be very clear on policies before booking — flexibility may not exist once your stay begins.

Thank you for your feedback. This reservation was fulfilled as booked. The guest chose to check out early, and any requests for changes or refunds were handled in accordance with Vrbo policies. When a concern about the stove was raised, a prompt inspection was arranged; however, access was not provided to complete it. After checkout, the property required additional cleaning beyond standard turnover due to pet-related conditions. We strive to address any concerns quickly and appreciate guests who communicate and allow access so we can resolve issues during their stay.
