Our Patio furniture is abundant and comfortable . Relax on the patios or down on the tide line and watch the DOLPHINS go by.

Casa Cortez has 2.5 bathrooms👍 plus a Beach Shower.
We can sleep 7 in beds. Max capacity is 8 with approval by management. The posted rental rate is for 6 guests.
**Our regular nightly rate is for 6 guests or less guests. Accurate guest counts are necessary to meet the Beach House guidelines provided in the guest info attachments.

We are in the neighborhood of Playa Miramar just east of Rocky Point city center.
Less than 5 minutes from The Mayan Palace Golf resort and restaurants.
Just 1 row of private oceanfront homes. Gated, guarded, 24/7 security patrolled.

Playa Miramar is away from the crowds and noise of the resort areas.
Smooth sandy beaches, tide pools. Excellent swimming and sporting opportunities.
Plenty of seashells to find.

Gated parking and secure courtyard on your private lot. Safe to let your dogs out to do their business. Dog friendly beach as well.

Relaxing time on the beach

We absolutely loved our time at this fantastic beachfront home! It is such a quiet and beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle of town. The house is beautiful and very comfortable.

Birthday weekend

Our stay was great! They had pretty much everything you need like laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, outdoor hose/shower w/ Ample kitchen supplies and towels too! The property felt very safe and it was very easy to find! We are definitely booking this casita again for our stay next time.

Wonderful home! Clean and updated. Location is ideal. And the beach could not have been more lovely! Our dogs had a blast in the tide pools, too.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was the most beautiful house we have ever stayed at. We loved the location and the home had everything you would need for a very relaxing vacation. Very clean and super cute. We enjoyed the patio the most. Morning coffee and relaxing sunsets were the best. We will definitely be returning again. I give this place 5 stars. :)

Great place on a beautiful sandy beach

The house was really nicely setup for guests. Lots of windows and 2 decks to watch the beach and all the wonderful birds. Very peaceful & quite. I would highly recommend for a family with kids or 2 couples wanting to get away and enjoy the sea of Cortez.

Nice place!

Beautiful house. Being right on the beach is amazing. The house has a well stocked kitchen. Nice and comfortable. It had AC and Wi-Fi, always a plus in Mexico. I'd definitely stay again.

Amazing property!

Beautiful home, with a beautiful sandy beach filled with wild life, and sea shells. Clean, well equipped home. Kim was amazing, very good communication with check in process. Pictures do this place justice. Wondering stay!

Great Beach House

This was a great little home on the beach, with all of the needed items for a great stay. Only reason I gave a 4 on check in was due to a little mix up on directions but everything else was great, once I figure that out. Thanks for the wonderful week.

Absolutely lovely

We loved our stay here so much! The house was so charming my daughters kept saying they wished it was our house. There were many breakable decorations, so with a 2 year old that made me a little nervous but we had no issues. The beach was as expected. I personally like staying somewhere like this more than in a resort hotel.

Amazing

A truly amazing property. Double lot the house is on adds to privacy and location and views are absolutely stunning. We had a great time relaxing and taking long walks on the beach. The drive to town is a manageable 30minutes and we never felt that our safety was in any kind of jeopardy whether at the house or in the town. This is a gated community with guards at the entrance.

Comfortable & beautiful beachfront stay

Casa Cortez at playa Miramar has been one of the most wonderful vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. The beach was so spacious, safe, private and peaceful. The home was fully furnished with everything we could’ve needed. Very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen and views were impeccable. Every space in the home caters to the beautiful nature surrounding it. Plenty of outdoor space and seating. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. We will certainly be returning to this destination and home again!

Wonderful seaside cottage

My wife and I and our two dogs stayed at this wonderful home for 7 nights in January and loved it. The beach was amazingly private (though with a little repair/maintenance happening on nearby houses), and we had it pretty much to ourselves the entire time. We were able to have time on the sand, and even swim, though it was pretty cold (~60 degrees). The shells were amazing, and the sea- and shorebirds were extraordinary. The house itself was great, very easy to use, with a good kitchen, so we were able to go into town once and cook for ourselves the rest of the week. There was lots of drinking water, and Barney was always available if we needed something, and he was very helpful and nice. Our only issue was that there are some bright lights at some of the houses on the beach and at a relay station nearby, so skywatching was somewhat compromised. But that paled by comparison with the beautiful days, and the sound of the waves as we slept. We’ll definitely be back to this area, and hopefully this great little house!

My family and I stayed in this lovely house! The owners are amazing always a call away. The house is in a private area with 24 hour security, cars are parked inside the property, kitchen is well equipped. Everything Super clean!!!!!! The house just felt like home to us! Will most definitely be coming back.

The Perfect Beach Getaway ❤️

We visited with my husband and two babies (21mo & 9mo) this was our first family trip and it was amazing. The beach was full of shells and when the tide went out in the afternoons it was the perfect play place for the babes. There are a few treasures/ decor items within baby’s reach that we had to move, but other then that everything was great - Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Beach and House

Check-in was simple, we were a tad early, had to wait a bit, but definitely worth the wait !! The house and patio is very comfortable and the location is very privately set. The beach is fantastic as well as the backyard dunes ! Wish there was more storage area in the master bath for our toiletries, and the only place to hang clothes was upstairs closet, we didn't have much to hang, but was a bit inconvenient. Overall the beauty and comfort was absolutely overwhelming, we relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our stay, with only a brief golf excursion a few miles away at the Vidanta, Jack Nicklaus designed course with a great sea setting. We loved our stay at Casa C and will hopefully be visiting it again in the near future... Thank You !!
