This home is within walking distance of nightclubs while away from all the noise. Relax and enjoy yourselves in this beautiful home. Amenities include 1 car garage, WiFi, Flat-screen TV with Netflix, washer and dryer.

The Space:
Casa Escuela is a 3 bedroom, three full bathroom beachfront home on beautiful Las Palmas beach (Mirador area).
This home is within walking distance of nightclubs while away from all the noise. Relax and enjoy yourselves in this beautiful home. Amenities include 1 car garage, WiFi, Flat-screen TV with Netflix, washer and dryer. Full concierge services are available, so please let us know about your special request and we'll make them happen. Playa Mirador is an excellent beautiful location for watching sunsets while sipping margaritas, enjoy the sea life diversity, make new friends, jump in the ocean just outside your patio door, visit the old port/fish market for excellent restaurants and bars, and lots more. The Main house has a master bedroom king bed  with private full bath and a mini-split unit for both A/C & heat, Bedroom 2 with twin over a convertible full/two singles with separate bathroom in hallway, bedroom 3 has a king size bed and private full bath and is detached from main house. Pets are accepted (max 2) with a security deposit, but the pet must sleep in her bed.
There is a 2-night minimum stay during the week and a 3-night minimum stay during weekends in March, April, May, June, July, October, and all holidays.

THE ENTRY IS AT 4:00 P.M. Do not enter the property unless otherwise indicated.
Entry instructions will be sent to your email. Registration is required in our system, you will receive the
information automatically. Entries before 4:00 P.M. may be possible, ask for availability, this depends on

Walmart and Six are about a km away. Most the food destinations we went to were within 5 min drive. Beach right out the back door was amazing... other properties had rocks and lots of stairs; im a bilateral amputee, so sand right off the back was perfect for me. Kids each had their own rooms and every room had its own bathroom. Rooms stayed cool with mini splits.Highly recommended.

This is a must dine in location. Arguably the best meal I've had.

We had the best time at Casa Escuela! The location was perfect for our family. The house was right on the beach which was perfect for our dog. We usually stay at a resort, and were pleasantly surprised at how nice and quiet this beach was. Omar was great, and we would definitely rent again!!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a great location. Omar was awesome and super responsive to any questions we had. Added bonus is that my truck fit in to the garage. We would rent this place again.

Right on the beach!

Very spacious, clean, lots of kitchen items and beach amenities to use. You cant get closer to the beach than this place! We loved hanging out on the big patio. Its so close to the fish market, restaurants, and bars. If you need a pool day, hit up Mannys for a swim, live entertainment and great food and drinks! The house could use some updates and the road to get there is a bit rough, but we had a blast and would definitely stay here again

TV and wifi

The listing said DirecTV was available and it was not. Also the Wi-Fi was so poor and weak that it was practically non-existent. It was out most of the time. The road leading to the house was deep sand and not preferable for motorcycles. We felt that this should have been stated on the listing.

Nice beachfront

The property was nice. However, we had absolutely no water pressure upon arrival and therefore could not take a shower. I made a phone call to Omar, and he was on premises in literally 7 minutes. He checked it out, called his maintenance guy and in just a few short hours had the issue resolved. That is excellent customer service beyond belief !

1st time east of the city, picked the wrong place.

The size, AC and appliances worked fine, the house is overflowing with unneeded stuff and so is the garage, but the problems are actually pretty bad; the house was not clean, smelled bad, couches felt sticky and toilet seat covers loose and wormed out, towels smelled were really old and scratchy, several power outlets don’t work, back porch light turns on and off motion detector is faulty, the light switch is broken etc. etc. the worst was the cockroaches and the shower curtains black thick mold built up , I could put up with a lot of that but having to put my family through that during our vacation is unacceptable.

Nice view with lots of extras at the location. Beds not the best and a little dirty.

A few things were dirty. Furniture needs an updating. Lots of ants everywhere. But otherwise a good stay

Beautiful

Well did not stay at casa escuela we stayed at villas tortugas and it was gorgeous! The beach is super rocky there but we didn’t mine it.
