Coastal retreat is calling! This amazing getaway villa with private pool is a perfect set up for your vacation and relaxation escape with family and/or friends. It is located on the northeast coast of PR in the premises of Coco Beach and Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve with stunning 1000 acres of tropical lush, beautiful beach, and world class golf courses home of the PGA PR Open. The house is freshly remodeled with a modern open layout and fully equipped so you feel like in a resort with all the convenience of being "at home". The living room feels like your private cinema on our massive 85” 4K Smart TV perfect for Netflix binges, sports, or gaming nights.

This home is set up to enjoy as best as possible outdoor living and relaxation with 3 huge terraces (1 covered and 2 uncovered), BBQ area, and nice yard overlooking at the golf course and the ocean in the background. Also a great location to work from home very comfortably if needed, host guests for special occasions such as wedding, and more. 🏝️ ☀️ Free private parking, power back up generator on site for your convenience.

RESORT ACCESS: Experience a full day of relaxation and excitement with the Hyatt Regency Resort Day Pass, available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM!
Settle into one of their poolside or beach lounge chairs (available on a first-come, first-served basis), and leave your towels at home-the resort towel service has you covered.

Feeling hungry or thirsty? Enjoy poolside food and drink service from their Wet Bar, or treat yourself to a variety of delicious options at their on-site restaurants and multiple bars.

Each reservation includes one complimentary self-parking spot. Visit the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve web site for Day Pass. Turn an ordinary day into something unforgettable with our Day Pass! If just going to the resort for breakfast, lunch or dinner, please don’t forget to book your restaurant reservation online on the resort web page. Your reservation confirmation number will be requested at the security check point in order to access the resort parking and restaurants.

We took a family trip to Puerto Rico for 2 weeks, the house was perfect! Great location near the rain forest and adjacent to the Hyatt resort. The house was great, the pool even better! Chris was amazing, very prompt in his responses and had amazing local recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for our family! The AC worked great! The pool was clean & the house was clean! It was in a great location that felt safe & beautiful! It is right by a golf course & close to the ocean! We had short drives to be able to get to all of our fun ocean excursions and very close to drive into the Yunque rainforest to hike!

Beautiful house and had a amazing time

The property is really beautiful and in a gated community. Really enjoyed staying there and Christophe is a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate and very helpful. The only thing I wished it was there was a generator as we lost power three time. Other than that I would highly recommend this property.

Holiday in Rio Grande

The property was adequate for our needs in the 7 person adult group. We lost power for various periods 3 of the 4 nights we were there. A hot tub was listed as an amenity but we didn’t see one.

Golf trip

For the most part, stay was good. The water pressure was bad. The tv downstairs in living room doesn’t work very well; it has shadows in the screen. The gold cart didn’t work, and owner filed a claim for batteries. We didn’t over charge golf cart, it just didn’t work. He came over to try and fix and it didn’t work for him either. Don’t know how he can file a claim on an already broken golf cart!!
