We have a great little house ,fully furnished with all the comforts of home..
We are minutes from the riding trails.
Unload your ride and hit the road..
We have a great location with 2 places available for rent And together will house 10+ people.. Enjoy privacy and
listen to the branches flowing while having morning coffee.
At night gather around the fire for fun and family time . We are a little more than an hour to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood... hope you choose to spend some time with us..

The house was clean and cozy. It was extremely cold while we were there and the HVAC kept up just fine.

Trina is awesome. The property is not new but was perfect for our stay. I wish there was internet (wifi) but Trina said it's coming. We were on the trails more than at the house so it didn't really matter. I will not hesitate to say again. Did I say Trina was great!

Nice little cabin in the hills! Perfect location for fast access to local campgrounds and trail heads. Trina VERY VERY nice!

Nice place good communication

Nice place easy communication. Bigger trailers may be tight or have to park near road. 1 minute from Ride Royal Blue Campground and trail. No wifi and limited cell signal out of 3 Carriers. Would stay again.

Great place to stay for a riding trip

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Great place!

Great little country style house right along the highway with very easy access. The place was very clean and Owner is super easy to get along with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location

Very nice little cabin a stone throw from royal blue general store only complaint that I wish it had Wi-Fi. Would Definitely stay here again.

Weekend at Royal Blue ATV.

House was perfect for our group and conveniently placed close to ATV trails. It was a little tricky getting at 30ft trailer backed in but we made it work.

AWESOME LITTLE HOUSE

We came up to ride royal blue and this place did not disappoint at all. Location to trails is nice, no trailering. Owner goes out of her way to make it a great stay. I am glad i lucked up and found this hidden jewel. I will definitely be back. Thank you Mrs.Trina

Great location close to the trails!

Very close to multiple trail heads. Next door to DTF that has a mechanic, parts, gas and good food. The property owner was very helpful and responsive when needed. This place was quiet but close to where I needed to be! Definitely will stay again.

Highly Recommend

Had a great stay ! Highly recommend this house will be back ! Very clean and bigger than we thought with a washer and dryer. They have everything you need including towels ,wash rags,air mattress ,utensils ,bedding and more.The kids loved playing in the little creek and yard out back.

Perfect Location for RRB

We have an annual trip to Rod royal blue each year. Normally when we stay inside of the campgrounds but decided to venture to a cabin that will hold more people. Location is very close to the main entrance at ride royal blue and easy to find with great parking options. Will be trying to stay at this location again next year.
