This gorgeous listing is a newly renovated modern cottage with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern kitchen and dinning room.

Entire house and backyard

We recommend this property for 4-6 adults and 3-5 kids.

Perfect for groups, couples, families & biz travelers. Cleaned by professional company.

Guest have access to the whole house and patio area. Please note we do live in a house next door to the property.

We provide a guide in the house with our favorite local restaurants and things to do.

There are outdoor security cameras for general security and safety.

There are quiet hours between 10pm and 7am out of respect for the neighbors.

Great stay for a business trip

The home is wonderful and has everything you need. We were super pleased with the layout of the house and everything it offered. 5 mins from the beach and pretty much everything else. Chloe was an amazing host. We have several business trips scheduled for FL so we will definitely stay here again while In the area.

Loved the kitchen, bed rooms, dining room, and overall spaciousness! Could improve on some amenities such as pool table (several sticks were missing the tips) and the grill wouldn’t heat past 300 degrees. Also, if the bathrooms had fans or vents it would be a welcomed improvement. None of the improvement suggestions are deal breakers, it was a wonderful home and we would stay again without hesitation!

Great location in a quiet lovely neighborhood. Chloe and Mike were amazing hosts and promptly responded. Provided us a printer and other items when asked. The bed was comfortable. Showers had strong water pressure. The living room sofabed and chair not comfortable for 3 months but improved by placing comforter and blanket on top, would be ok for shorter stay.

I am originally from New Zealand and moved to Florida nine years ago for the year round summer and amazing beaches (hello beautiful St Pete Beach - note our favorite is Sunset Beach).

I choose St. Petersburg because I love its vibrant downtown atmosphere, the eclectic central avenue hipster vibe, the live music, good food and the fact that there is always something new going on.

St Pete is home, but I also love to travel and experience new things... I have been to 65 countries in the last few years! We are new parents to a little man, Maxwell, and are also dog lovers / parents. Our fur babies are Scooby and Sasha, a rescue Pit Bull and chocolate Labrador respectively. Sasha is almost 4 however she is still a puppy and full of energy!

I've always enjoyed being a host to friends and family and I look forward to welcoming you into our house.
