Thanks for your feedback. Other then the inital text we recieved stating you were happy with the place, we did try to reach out via text and phone call with no luck. With back to back checkin and checkout, when things are damaged like what you stated these will take some time to replace. The property is surrounded entirely by a 6 foot fence and gated. We have exceptionalltly friendly neighbours, but only sleeping there in the evening you might not of been able to get out on the bikes and experience the Village of Gulfport. The home is in exceptional shape being entirely gutted and renovated in 2021 inside and out. Not sure how to improve a professiionally renovated home other then maybe VRBO rentals aren't for everyone and hotels are a better fit. Summer months are hot and secondary AC is being installed for those two very hot months. We strive for 5 stars always and are costantly reaching out to gueats to ensure all is well. Communication is key in achieving this during stays to make sure our guets needs are met.

In an effort to keep our property at a five-star condition we require any and all pets to be reported. This is to ensure we have a professional steam cleaner such as Stanley Steamer (in your case) on site before our next guest arrive. We had our security team review the outside doorbell cameras on the property. It clearly showed two unreported dogs in entering the house. You also admitted in writing (after checkout) there was pets. Your review is Dishonest and is also slander. For the Safety and Security of our guests, we have a security team and only outdoor security cameras. This is disclosed in our rental agreement/booking info. Shortly after check In, We send a "Welcome Text" to ensure our guest have a 5 star checkin experience We ask if everything met expectations. You did not express any issue at check in. You did not address any of these concerns listed in this review. We did however understand the internet went out. We did get notification from security closet was accessed. This closet is off limits to our guests and also has a (Please Do No Open) sticker. We did send you a notification asking if you needed assistance (How can we help). We want our guests to have a five-star experience. You requested our assistance and you were immediately called. At no time did our team ever yell at you. It is in writing us offering assistance and the internet was restored. We take our guest experiences very seriously. This review is not only dishonest but is slander and may cause damages to the property listing. We suggest that you make the corrections for an honest review promptly before any further measure are taken.
