★ Family friendly: pack & play, toys & books for kids, Pirate- themed bunkbeds.

★ Fully furnished 2-Bedroom 1-Bathroom cottage with large fenced-in private backyard. No pesticides used, new landscaping: hammocks provided.

★ Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, minigolf, zip-lane, bike rental; Cocoa Beach Pier and ideal for rocket launch views and cruise ship departures.

★ Pirate - Bunkbeds (see pics), kitchen & art is designed and crafted by local artists to support our local and vibrant artist scene. All art is for sale.

★ You will not share the property with anyone else during your stay. Keyless entrance. Super clean.

• Please review all the photos and reach out with any questions you might have.

• Free wifi (100 Mbits) ideal for streaming on multiple devices. No TV. Lots of board games and toys for kids.

Unwind after Disney

We rented this cottage for 2 days to unwind and relax after 3 days in Disney. Cottage was spotless and goat was great! 3 min walk to the beach plenty of things in the area. Even saw SpaceX rocket launch. We will definitely book here again if we come back to cocoa beach

Best places for family beach time!

I wanted my family to disconnect from electriconic devices and enjoy family and beach time before heading on a cruise, and Sandra's property did just that! My kids 11,7, and 4 enjoyed exploring outside, having toys to play with and the pirate themed room. We all enjoyed being right around the corner from the beach and having beach toys, a wagon, chairs, and umbrellas available at the property so we didn't have buy them and figure out how to pack them up. If we're ever back in the area we will definitely be back to this property!

Adorable little beach house with beautiful furnishings

This house is so cute we would love to stay again sometime! The bunk bed room is a younger kids dream and our daughter refused to sleep anywhere else. It was the first time she has slept on a top bunk bed and I felt comfortable with her being up there because of the ropes they have on the side to prevent anyone rolling out. The master bedroom has a really cool bed with custom drawer shelves that pull out and is comfy. The bathroom is small, actually the house itself is fairly small but the owners have found creative ways to store items tastefully and efficiently. The kitchen has lots of accessories but if you like to cook meals away from home keep in mind there is no normal sized fridge, just a mini freezer and a mini fridge under the counter. We could walk to the beach quickly and the beach area was empty by us. The outside sitting area is cute and relaxing. My friends were shocked the beach was Cocoa when they saw pictures because it didn't even look like Cocoa normally does, it was so beautiful. Tons of toys for kids and beach accessories in the laundry room. They also have a good system for cleaning toys in between visitors right now. Live the astronaut history behind the house too.

Great little spot

Beautiful little cottage. Very well decorated and good use of the limited space. Walk to the beach was a hair longer than we expected, but it was probably our expectations that were off and not the walk itself (entrance is only one block over).

Great spot for family vacation with young kids

This spot was perfect for our family, which has two boys, ages 8 and 11. They loved exploring the backyard and the quick walk to the beach. The house was so clean and well decorated and stocked with all things needed for the trip. And the owner was very easy to work with.

Secluded getaway

Cocoa Beach can be busy, especially during spring break. This little cottage is off the beaten path, in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. Restaurants are also walking distance, and our boys loved the mini-golf and go-carts that were also just a couple blocks away. This is our second visit and it was just as perfect as the first. Sandra is a fabulous host.

Family friendly

We had a wonderful stay. This was a perfect property for our grade school-aged boys, with plenty of games and activities and a fun bunk room. The backyard hammocks were great. Very short walk to the beach. And Sandra was easily available to answer questions.

Artsy Beach House

This was a perfect weekend by the shore in this cozy, artfully decorated beach home. Sandra was a wonderful host, very accommodating and keeps the home immaculate. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a historical cottage and renovating it was a lot of fun, sometimes frustrating and a very sweaty endeavor .... but we did it (6 months!) and it is absolutely stunning! So far we have superhost status from almost 300 guests on another platform.

The design is so airy, light, colorful and harmonic, that guests choose the Artsy Beach Cottage as their backdrop to making memories. Guests celebrate their engagement, honeymoon, birthdays, baby moon and anniversaries. One family was so excited about the fabulous kids bunkbed, because their toddler slept for the first time in its own bed for the entire night!! Yay! Awarded SUPERHOST for 5 consecutive years!
