The unit features two large bedrooms, two renovated bathrooms, a spacious living room area, a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a well-appointed kitchen.

The Space:
This unit is located on the ground floor and features more than 900 square feet of island living space. This unit features three beds, one king (located in the master bedroom), and two double beds (located in the guest bedroom), in addition to two full bathrooms. Included are essentials such as in unit washer and dryer, wifi, hair dryer, microwave, range, refrigerator, and more. Additionally, guests have access to on site pool and tennis facilities, in addition to beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, floats, boogie boards, and much more.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all the amenities of the Villa Sanibel complex including a recently renovated pool, tennis courts, grills and private beach access just steps from your unit.

The Neighborhood:
Villa Sanibel is located in a highly desirable location, on West Gulf Drive. Extremely close to the beach but also a quick drive away from dining and shopping, this unit provides the optimal balance of vacationing in a tranquil setting yet being in the middle of it all within minutes.

Getting Around:
Uber, taxi, and car can get you to the unit.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must sign a rental agreement upon booking the property.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
