Find your bliss in the modern ranch style home, a luxe 5BR/3BA retreat in the peaceful North Austin /South Round Rock / Pflugerville area. Paradise awaits in your secluded backyard, which boasts a sparkling private pool, and walk down to a private creek in the backyard. On starry nights, enjoy a wood-burning campfire.

An open, two-story floor plan features inviting social spaces, including a 10 person dining table. Stylish decor, tile floors, and an updated kitchen add to the opulence of this dreamy vacation home.

LIVING AREAS

Gather for quality time in the main living area, furnished with a large sectional seat. A 55” Smart TV allows you to stay up-to-date on favorite shows. Two armchairs create a quiet reading nook.

The yard games and dart game offers hours of group fun. Large windows provide excellent views of the poolsides. Set up a board game from the provided collection.

KITCHEN & DINING

Freshly updated with granite countertops and all-new cabinetry, the modern kitchen is sure to please home chefs. High-end stainless steel appliances include a French door refrigerator.

Serve sunlit morning meals at the table for three in the breakfast nook, gather for elegant dinners around the table for ten in the dining area or lunch around the table for ten around the poolside.

The backyard is a private paradise with a glorious creekside view. Dip in the unheated pool 20 ft long and 4 - 9ft deep.

Kick back on chaise lounges by the pool or rest in the shade on comfy seating on the large patio. Barbecue tasty meals on the charcoal grill and dine at the table for ten. A wood-burning firepit adds allure to alfresco meals.

8 person therapeutic hot tub spa with 40 Jets. $150 per stay. Please provide a 48 hrs notice if interested.

Great family house

We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful time at the house. It was easy access to all our needs, shopping and travel to downtown was good. The pool was fabulous, would stay again!

Fun stay

The pool was the selling point and it delivered, we also added on the hot tub which was very nice. The walking trail nearby was great to get out on and exercise. If ever back in the Austin area we would consider booking again

Perfect house for a large group

We came as a group as we have the past couple times. The home was ok. We had plenty of roomto sleep. Hottub was nice. Pool was dirty. For me it would have been nice to have more towels, there are no washcloths. Seating in the living room is minimal, we had to split between couch and dinner table, which doesn't have the most comfortable chairs. Location was fine for us, we had a very nice time.

really outstanding rental

The features of this rental are really top notch for the area and price point. The décor is lovely with nice mattresses, pillows and linens. The pool and outdoor furniture is well-maintained. As an added bonus, the house is well stocked with paper products and soaps, shampoos, etc. It made staying here really easy.

Happy clean space with great clean pool/hot tub

This home is spacious and well-decorated as well as very clean! The pool and hot tub water was also very clean and fresh. Prompt response to communication with owner. Location is close to freeway, grocery store, and lovely park and walking trail along a river. 😀 We will gladly be back!

Enjoyed our time here

We booked this property to kick off summer with the kiddos. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. Spacious and lots of room at tables for everyone. We had a great time everything was as described and communication was great. Overall the whole experience was easy, fast and as expected. check in and check out instructions were easy. I would def book again. thank you so much we enjoyed our stay!

In love with family vacations again!!

This place was exactly what our family needed to enjoy a week away from home. Hotel room is not a fit, RV too small and complex to rent, frinds house not an option.. this place was perfect!! The kids, baby, grandparents and niece all had an excellent time, everyone had their own bed even the baby!! AC as cold as you want, movie night with netflix and prime, swim at the pool all day, grandparents enjoyed hot tub and HEB a block away, alll JUST WONDERFUL!! Will definitely book again!!

Fun, chill space

We were looking for a place to spend a relaxed weekend for my sister's Bachelorette party. This house was perfect! The pool was much bigger than we were expecting, super clean, with lots of floating available. The house was big with lots of sleeping space. Also plenty of space to play board games, sit around and chat, and eat together. We had about 10 people and never felt cramped. Such an amazing weekend!

15 girl Bachelorette

This place was perfect for 15 girls in a bachelorette weekend! Fit all of us, enough rooms, beds, and bathrooms. We were able to have plenty meals in dining room/living room, hang by the pool and get ready/shower easily. We were able to do a van service to downtown/lake Austin and call Ubers. Lots of stores nearby as well. 30 min from downtown/airport. This house was amazing and fit all of our needs! Book your girls trip here.

Home away from home

This beautiful home was perfect for our weekend getaway trip. We were a a group of 10 with mix of kids, young adults, and grandma and grandpa and everyone loved it! The pool was generous sized with the deepest end going 9ft! Which was awesome for my 6’1 husband :) Everyone fit around the dining table for every meal which was very nice. And there was plenty of beds for us and then some. Couldn’t be happier with this property! P.S. huge bonus for me was being able to do laundry and not have to travel back home with dirty laundry in tow!

Creekside Gem

Our group of 5 different family households had such a relaxing stay in this creek side gem. Plenty of space for a group of 12! The pool was spotless and had plenty of chairs to lounge on and floats to chill in the pool. The owner was so accommodating and answered any questions quickly. The check in and check out process was the easiest I’ve ever had for a vacation rental. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare amazing feasts. Each morning, I’d walk down the steps behind the house to quiet my mind in the forest like setting along the creek. Truly a nature lovers paradise! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Felt like Home

Loved everything about this house - spacious both indoors and outdoors. No amenity left out - was clean, comfortable and felt like home. My teenagers loved it and said they never want to stay in another hotel when traveling if all the rentals are like this one! The neighborhood is older and established and centrally located. There were a couple homes by this one that were unkept - long grass and not cared for - this had no impact on our visit but it you’re looking for a spot that every yard is well-manicured and every home in perfect condition, this may not be for you. I would recommend this rental to anyone traveling to the Austin area. Great experience!

A Hidden Gem

I booked this home to celebrate my 65th birthday during the pandemic. It was a needed break to say the least. The house was impeccably clean, all instructions were clear, the rooms were beautiful and it was just a great time overall. More importantly, the hosts were great communicators and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. The space is super well-thought out and made for relaxation, it was exactly what we all needed. The location was ideal and the backyard and pool were so stunning we never left the property. It nice to walk thru the creek. I wish I would have stayed longer. I'd definitely book again and would like to soon.
