Very nice stay! Booked for a University competition and housed 11 students! One problem was the WiFi, but that is not a problem with the owners. Communication was constant and would respond ASAP. Overall one of the best stays and near the convention center at Kalahari where our competition was held at! 10/10 would recommend!!

Great home for family stay

We had a great visit to Round Rock and this beautiful home was our base of operations. Very convenient to shopping and area attractions. The game room was fun, and nice big screen TVs.

Great place and great stay!

We had family gathered at this property as we were all in town for a wedding. It was so nice to have a place to hang out together in between festivities. We were all comfortable and it was a good stay.

Lots of room to spread out! 2 separate living areas. Beds are firm and comfortable. The upstairs carpet was so clean, we did not wear shoes on it. Plenty of seating area for meals. AC worked really well in this Texas heat. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would recommend this house and would stay again.

Wonderful retreat

We stayed in Round Rock for my son's wedding. It was a very nice home to come back to for a good night sleep. It was spacious and my family was able to make new memories together. Thank you so much! We would definitely book with you again!

Beautiful Home

What a great home. Everything was as the pics stated. Had 1- 9 year old boy with us and the game room kept him busy when we were there. Home was very clean and a great location. Communication with owners was top notch. I highly recommend this home. Neighbors were very nice as well. We were in town from Louisiana for Lonestar Round Up in Austin. We will stay here again. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home. 5 Stars

Family Gathering

We had a wonderful family gathering for Thanksgiving. Great Grandparents, Grandparents, Parents and the grand babies. The house was big and well equipped. The location was close to an HEB and a Randalls. I think it was perfect for our family!

My Family truly enjoyed our family time in Austin this weekend! Thanks Nicole for allowing us to share and build new family memories in your home. This rental is in a great location and gave us all of the amenities we needed to accommodate 14 people comfortable. It is a great home away from home. A week in Austin

Excellent property for large parties and in great location. We were there for a wedding so traveling to and from downtown venues and hotels, which was all easy. We did experience a problem with the electronic door lock, but the host took care of it quickly and professionally. I understand the system is being checked for the future.

Great experience

The host was great, the property fit our needs, and we really enjoyed the area. The only reason I put 4/5 stars for Accuracy of Listing is because one of the folks that found the property (I just booked it) said the picture or listing had different beds than what was on site when we got there. It still worked out just fine for our group. Thank you! Absolutely would book again!

First guests

We were the very first guests at the property and overall we had a good stay. There were of course a few minor hiccups, but Nicole got things resolved ASAP for us. She has the home furnished very nice and appealing to the eye. The floors on the main level needed a good scrub after installers and what not had been in and out. The house could use a few spices, and perhaps cooking oils. We left our salt and pepper for the next guests.😀 she has a nice espresso machine but maybe also a coffe pot would be nice. The game room is fun but designed more for younger kids the games are all smaller in size. This house would be great for a family. Lots of space, beds were comfortable. All in all good stay and we would stay again. 😀

The house was perfect for our family gathering. The kids and adults had space to play and rest. The location was perfect. Our host was very communicative.The floors could have been cleaner, but otherwise the house was clean. I did not care for the staging props as they took up needed space and the dishes set out were not necessary. The cooking pans really need to be replaced. They must have been purchased used and seemed unhealthy to cook on.On another note, a couple of safety issues you might want to take care of--the ramp leading to the front door was slippery when wet. The bannister to upstairs should not be so close to the wall as a couple of times hands got caught between the railing and the wall. No one was injured thankfully.
