BLANQUI-LOFT Large 1 room apartment in quiet area of Tours

The apartment is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Tours, behind the cathedral and 70 meters from the banks of the Loire River. We took the time to furnish this apartment as if we were going to live here ourselves. It’s a spacious, open-concept room with high ceilings, featuring a fireplace made of tuffeau stone—a local specialty—and three windows that let in plenty of natural light. We love this neighborhood, which feels like a “village” within the city; the atmosphere is peaceful and friendly.
Essential shops are just 30 meters away, as is a small weekly farmers’ market featuring local producers.
Parking in the neighborhood is no problem—and it’s free.
You can easily reach the very heart of the city on foot, by bus, or by bike to enjoy the livelier nightlife.
