The Place Plumereau with its bars and half-timbered houses, the ginguette on the banks of the Loire, the Charlemagne Tower and its panorama, the Olivier Debré Museum of Modern Art are easily accessible from our house.
Not to mention the discovery of the vineyards of Touraine, "the queen of diversity", because from its 7 valleys, Touraine gives birth to vineyards with a marked personality on its soils. This confluence of rich soils, climates and grape varieties allows each AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) of Touraine to offer a particular flavour and the connoisseur will cross more than 100 kilometres of vineyards varying the pleasures, with, step by stage, a new happiness to discover.
The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
