Summer`s Love with Two Heated Pools

Summer`s Love Vacation home is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, located in the quiet Coral Ridge neighborhood and easily accessible from I-15. St George is only 5 minutes away and only 40 minutes away from Zion National Park. Guests at Coral Ridge have access to the many amenities available including 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, a game room, a fitness center, and more! The perfect place for a Southern Utah getaway with friends or family!

This lovely private home is filled with high-end furnishings, bedding, and decor. Privacy is enhanced with a bricked-in backyard courtyard with seating for twelve and BBQ facilities, as well as a front courtyard with ample seating. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for a large family meal. Sleeping includes two king bedrooms, one with a queen fold-out bed. A queen room, a game room with a queen fold-out bed also. Both fold-out beds have 2-inch memory foam padding. Bedding is all down quilting and pillows with sanitized covers and cases. The unit has a laundry room for guest use as well. There is a playground and picnic area across the street with plenty of spare parking stalls. A fishing pond stocked with trout is around the corner, and there are spare fishing poles in the unit for guests to use.

High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs.

The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room.

We have supplied the following for your use: hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry detergent, pool floaters, indoor toddler toys, outdoor badminton set, portable folding table, and chairs, games and puzzles, Netflix, and tv.

If you use the patio umbrella, please keep the wind in mind and lower it when you are not there to keep an eye on it.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a soft-sided cooler and ice packs, toddler booster seat, wine glasses, coffee machine and filters, crockpot, electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.

Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am.

There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure.

This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Great place to stay! Plenty of space, kitchen had almost everything we needed. Response from host was good in spite of it being a holiday weekend. We ran out of dishwasher soap, but it was delivered the next day. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay

We were so fortunate to be able to rent this home for our stay. It was very spacious with 2 master suites, 3 additional bedrooms, and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The house and furnishings appear to be new and the home is beautifully decorated. We found it to have everything we needed.

Comfortable and beautiful home!

We loved the warm swimming pools and hot tubs and we enjoyed the many restaurants nearby to eat out. The home was very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. A great little fishing pond nearby that was so pretty to walk around. Very clean and well stocked.

Summer Vacay!

We go to Tuacahn every summer and usually stay in three different hotel rooms. It was so much easier for the 10 of us to stay in the same place. It was clean. There was video games and board games. Hopefully we can stay here again!

Great place to stay. Roomy and clean. Close to the swimming pools and quick access to the freeway. We would stay again. Our only complaint is that the garbage cans are stored in the garage and wow did they smell. We could smell them as soon as we walked into the house. Dirty diapers, you need to figure out a better way to store or clean the cans.

Perfect for guys golf trip

Property was exactly as shown in photos. Property was clean, with cleaning supplies, for kitchen and washroom (shampoo, conditioer, body wash). Check in an communication were excellent. only a couple of small issues, the pans were not great, and the coffee maker was a small 3 cup model, so we purchased a couple of pans at Walmart and made more pots of coffee :). When I spoke to host, she was appreciative of the feedback and offered to pay us for the pans, which we declined as the rest was very good.

Not the best!

It was not the bedrooms rooms that were shown on line, very disappointing. The game room did not exist. Outside patio was dirty, towels smelled, garage door opener was broken.

Very comfortable stay

The property was very nice. We would definitely stay again. Great location to NP There were just a few minor things. We had trouble with the garage door opener every morning only. It would start down then go back up. The dryer screen needed to be cleaned or replaced. We could have used a rolling pen. The washer smelled a little musty There was small amount of mold on door gasket. Sister has allergy to mold. Hard too see house number too dark. Having illuminated would helped as we didn’t arrive til 11 pm. As I said these were minor things but if you don’t know you can’t fix them. C

Amazing house!!

I think the pictures do not do the place justice! The house was very clean, we all had our own personal space and the kitchen was big enough so we could all move around freely while cooking. I would definitely come back again! Communication was great with the property manager as well, they answered all my questions and concerns!

Nice place

It was nice; not the greatest we've ever stayed in but no significant concerns. The mattresses (mostly memory foam) got very mixed reviews. Some of us slept well and others found them not supportive enough. The kitchen was a bit underequipped (no cheese grater or strainer which made pasta night a bit interesting) but not badly so. The pool area was quite nice but overcrowded a bit.
