Everything is well managed

We stayed here for 11 nights for concerts and operas during the Salzburg Festival. Feeling like living in my house. Good neighborhoods. Just three bus stops from the Gorian strasse bus stop by No.22, we could reach the Karajan Platz, where the Salzburg Festival Grand Hall and others are located near. Alfons and his mother Marianna are great hosts. I highly recommend this place.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier tranquille mais à proximité des sites touristiques. Tout était très propre, confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons bien apprécié l'accueil de Marianne. Nous recommendons sans hésitation!

Ferienwohnung Keil was perfect!

My wife and I had the most absolutely lovely time, staying at this adorable apartment. For us, it was ideally located, very close to the center and all the attractions we wanted to visit, but far enough out of the hubbub that we ended every day in peace! We had everything we needed and the host was just attentive enough!We hope to stay there again soon!Vielen Dank, Familie Keil!

I will stay here again,

This place was fantastic. About a 20-30 min walk to old town. A beautiful walk with shops and restaurants on the way. They are right near a bus stop too and Uber is cheap! Steigl brewery is about a seven to ten min walk and that tour was fun too. The owners of this place are fantastic! The cleanliness is out of this world. We almost cancelled so many times, because of the pictures, but so glad we did not! The place is way better than the pics. It is an apartment in a big beautiful house. They need to post better pics! Hire a professional, is my suggestion.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – alles war vorhanden, um einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt zu genießen. Auch die Lage war perfekt, man hat alles schnell erreicht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!”

Angenehme Ferienwohnung nahe dem Zentrum von Salzburg

Große gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Die Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, so daß man sehr schnell ins Zentrum von Salzburg gelangt. Mit der Salzburgcard sind die Fahrten bezahlt und der Eintritt in die wichtigsten Museen frei. Das Auto kann auf dem Parkplatz bei der Ferienwohnung bleiben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Es wurde gut auf die Bedürfnisse eingegangen.

Alles passt, gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Salzburg, die Wohnung hält alles, was in der Anzeige versprochen und auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Anreise und der Check In waren unkompliziert und Fam. Keil ist auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nahe an der Altstadt, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in und um Salzburg, gut beschilderte Radwege sind von der Wohnung aus gut zu erreichen. Fam. Keil ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen, dafür möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir die vielen Fligher ind Karten, die in der Wohnung auslagen, so konnten wir uns vor Ort gut informieren. Wenn Salzburg wieder als Ziel ansteht, würden wir gerne wieder ihre Gäste sein!

Urlaub in Salzburg

Wir verbrachten im Juni 2024 zwei schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung Keil. Die Anreise mit dem Auto verlief gut, der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war sehr günstig. Wir würden nett empfangen und man kümmerte sich sofort um unsere Anliegen. Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig, gemütlich und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.Die Lage zur Stadt Salzburg ist sehr gut, in 200 m ist eine Bushaltestelle aber wir waren auch gern zu Fuß unterwegs 1700 m und haben die Gegend genossen. Ein Penny, Billa, Bäcker und Metzger sind in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch an Restaurants in der Nähe mangelt es nicht. Wir waren Abends gern in der Brauerei Stiegl 450 m zu Fuß und saßen gemütlich im Biergarten. Der Standort eignet sich aber auch ideal für Ausflüge in die schöne Natur. Mit vielen Seen und Bergen läd die Gegend für eine Schifffahrt oder zum Wandern ein. Natürlich muss man auch unbedingt die Stadt Salzburg erlebt haben. Unsere Highlights waren die Festung, der Mönchberg, viele Museums, Cafes und natürlich die echten Mozart Kugeln. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Familie Keil

Die Ferienwohnung ist ohne Einschränkung zu empfehlen. Alles war so, wie angegeben. Vermieter sind im Haus, sehr nett und hilfreiche Ratschläge für Salzburg. Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Wohnlage mit guter Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Salzburg werden wir gucken, ob diese Wohnung frei ist.

Sehr schön und Citynah

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung mit Terrasse und Gartennutzung ist sehr geräumig. Besonders wohlgefühlt haben wir uns weil es super sauber war und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief reibungslos. Mit dem Bus ist man in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Fußläufig gibt es aber auch alles für den täglichen Bedarf. wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Kurzurlaub bei Familie Keil in Salzburg

Freundlicher Empfang, PKW Stellplatz direkt am Haus, alles genau wie beschrieben tw. Sogar besser, in Verbindung mit der Salzburg-Card idealer Standort, werden wenn es sich ergibt gerne wieder kommen.

Great place to stay in Salzburg

This was the perfect place for our family to stay during our vacation in Salzburg between Christmas and New Year. The apartment was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home and comfortable. Alfons and Marianne were great hosts, super friendly and welcoming us at check-in giving us a tour. Marianne lives a floor above and is easy to reach when questions come up. The walk into the “Altstadt” is a comfortable 15-20 mins, which meant we left our rental car mostly parked in the driveway. Salzburg is beautiful and has lots of flair. Having this apartment as our home base for our stay made it that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend this place.

Good option

We enjoyed our five night stay in this apartment which is huge, comfortable and well equipped. We travel by public transport and were happy to discover that there are two grocery stores within a five minute walk, as well as a good bakery and an Indian resturant, which we enjoyed on two occasions.

Lovely apartment in great location

This is a spacious two bed apartment which was perfect for the three of us. It is about a 30 min walk from the main attractions, but also very close to several bus routes which take you to the centre, the airport or out to Untersburg. The owner was very responsive and we would recommend this apartment.

Salzburg City Stay

This home was wonderful! It was incredibly clean and had all the amenities we needed! Alfons and Marianne were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had a bit of an address issue but once that was sorted out we found our place and had an awesome stay! We were close enough to Altstadt Salzburg to walk to every place we wanted to get to!
