Large house (230 m2) recently renovated, ideal for 10 adults and 5 children, on the first floor (except for a bedroom and the bathroom with balneotherapy), on a plot of 1900 m2, very well wooded with a lot of character, enclosed by high walls not overlooked 2 steps from the market and all shops, 5 min access to the beach on foot, it is in a very quiet street with few passages, with large swimming pool (16x6.5) heated (from the end of May to September) with diving board, secure (alarms and access that can be fenced), large courtyard (plancha, barbecue, large table, outdoor lounge), large living room (>70m2) living room with beautiful fireplace, dining room, open kitchen very well equipped (Godin, appliances +++including Thermomix, ice maker, 2 fridges ........) 5 bedrooms and a small independent living room that can be used as a 6th bedroom (rather for children with 1 sofa bed), bar, 4 bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool bath; 4 toilets and 1 laundry room (washing machine and dryer), table tennis, darts, bodyboard,..
The property is located in the village center (access to all sponsorships, activities and beaches on foot) 100m from the market, 5 minutes walk from the beach of La Boirie (east coast) and the marina (restaurants, bars, tourist office, tennis, volleyball, petanque,..), 15 minutes by bike from the beach of Huttes (west coast), bike rentals nearby (Localoisir at 50m, Bike 17 at 100M), 3 km from the lighthouse of Chassiron
Bed linen and towels provided at an additional cost (50 euros per room) with beds made on arrival

La maison correspondait en tous points à nos attentes, nous étions 6 adultes et 6 enfants. Un hébergement de vacances idéal, pièce de vie exceptionnelle et confortable, cuisine hyper équipée, vaisselle à profusion et ustensiles de tout ordre, buanderie, terrasse ombragée, belle piscine permettant de nager, terrain de pétanque, table de ping pong, jeu de fléchettes, nombreux jeux de société, télévision dans chaque chambre et surtout un magnifique jardin planté et entretenu.L'accueil et la réactivité de Marie sont aussi un élément essentiel de notre satisfaction.Juste un petit bémol pour les lits de 1m40 qui ne correspondent plus au standard des lits doubles actuels.Enfin, proximité des commerces et de la plage.Nous espérons tous y revenir.

Magnifique maison, spacieuse et très bien placée.

Maison très agréable à vivre en groupe car espaces privés distincts et espaces communs vastes, notamment les extérieurs. Grande fonctionnalité et jolie décoration. À 3 min du marché ou de la plage, on peut tout faire à pieds, même avec des enfants petits.

Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans la maison de Florence et Jérôme. Nous étions 3 familles, avec des enfants de 18 mois à 18 ans … et ce fut un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien équipée. Je jardin très bien pensé. La piscine superbe. Honnêtement, nous avons rarement vu une maison correspondant aussi bien à nos attentes. Les photos ne sont pas le juste reflet, c’est mieux en vrai. Il manquerait juste un terrain de pétanque :-) L’accueil par Monique fut très agréable. Florence hyper réactive. Merci beaucoup !

Maison très agréable à deux pas de la plage.

Grande maison très bien rénovée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et un jardin très agréable. Les équipements sont tops! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme à deux pas des commerces et de la plage.
