Exploring Bordeaux

The apartment was good for exploring Bordeaux on foot. Good location and very comfortable. Stairs could use a make over and artificial flowers on the back patio should be thrown away. Nicholas the property manager was extremely helpful !!! We definitely enjoyed our visit

Location location location

We loved this location. Easy to get to everything that we needed. Nicholas was very responsive when we had an issue with the only toilet in the apartment. He kept us up to date and researched the issue before he came and brought the necessary part.

The place had a fantastic location and the beds were comfortabls and the bathroom clean. The kitchen was lacking in cleanliness, I suppose the last guests didn't wash the pans too well before putting them back in the drawer. But it was convenient to stay for a few days :)

Great place but lacks communication

We liked this apartment. The location is amazing but the communication throughout is poor. The kitchen is poorly stocked, there are no Instructions for how to run appliances. The beds are fine and we did ask for a fan due to the heat and they gave us that quickly. We stay at VRBO’s a great deal so it wasn’t impossible to navigate but wasn’t as clear as it could have been.

Location is a 10/10 and perfect for exploring Old Town Bordeaux. The ceilings, windows and moldings are beautiful. The apartment is historic, so lucky to have bath or shower attached to the sleeping chambers (great water pressure and plenty of hot water). There is only one toilet to be shared by all. It worked for us, but... Kitchen is pretty basic and set up for only 4, even though it sleeps 6. We only had 4 guests so, again, it worked for us and we ate out most of the time. The washer/dryer had an issue, but the host was responsive and had it fixed. We were able to get some laundry done and we were happy for that!Public parking garage is a convenient 5 minute walk from the apartment.We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
