(READ Carfully) please limit friends /relatives to 1/2 people ,no drinking parties and be gone by 8 pm.The size of four boring hotel rooms .5 minutes to Marietta Ohio private secluded in the woods. 2 miles off I 77 ,1300 sq ft room 10 ft ceilings ,air hockey,,roku,netfix,direct tv.65 inch,huge above garage with central air/gas furnace. you'll be pleasantly surprised. three large couches and large kitchen table. Quiet, private,safe and relaxing with owners on site. Queen bed, full bed, single bed,and fold down couch. 260 channels of direct tv Owners live onsite , your our GUEST here....

The space
Try us out , were experienced Country Inn owners. The Inn is across the yard. We live here in 230 year old log cabin that was moved here from Ohio. Its very quiet here and that's how we like it.......

Great family stay!

Robert’s cozy accommodations served as a perfect stay for the Marietta Sternwheeler festival. Quiet property close to town. We would book again if we make it back down to the area. Check in and check out process easy and straightforward. Beds were very comfortable. Thanks for offering your property as a nice and quiet and safe place to stay!

What a cool place!

The "Hidden Gem" is exactly what it is. Very private yet close to town...we came for the Sternwheel Festival and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. All the amenities that you would need and a perfect place for our dogs! Thank you so much for welcoming our whole family here.

Unique property in beautiful setting

Rob was a great host! Will definitely be back. Beds are super comfortable and the loft was large and clean. Close to Marietta and Parkersburg. Close to 77. Property sits way off the road. Quiet and very secluded. Loved it!

This place is out of the way and very quite. The owner is very friendly and communicates very well with you. He is informative about the area and is there for you for questions. The place is cozy/homey with everything you need on the spot. Some things need updated but still loved the place just the same. Just what i needed....

Great for our needs

After an initial problem with the listing - we were two couples expecting the two rooms the listing indicated and discovered that it was actually ONE large room - we accepted it as part of the adventure for our weekend getaway and enjoyed our friends company, had a good laugh and slept so well. Attentive host in every way. I even left something behind and he graciously mailed it to me immediately.

Christmas meet

My sister-in-law was visiting family in Ohio and wanted to meet before returning to OK. This place was partway between. The location worked well and accommodation was as advertised. One big room over a garage with lots of furniture and a small kitchen with a small refrigerator. Perfect for our needs. My only complaint is the kitchen. I couldn't fit the food I brought into the fridge but we could keep stuff cold outside. The kitchen needs some more utensils knives, cutting board, sauce pans, veggie peeler, grater. The owner, Rob, was very friendly and helpful and we love the location. Middle of nowhere 5 miles from everything. Just right for a long weekend away. There's even an airport 2 mi away.

Pet friendly, simple, bigger than expected.

Property is in the loft of a two car garage. Very large with lots of space. Very nice, and dog friendly.

Beautiful location in Williamstown

Robert the owner was great to work with and always available to answer questions. The spot is hidden away in a lovely location but an easy drive for anyone looking to visit Williamstown, Marietta, or Parkersburg. The space is well appointed with a full kitchen and large bathroom. Everything is in one big room but this was perfect for our family (including the dog) and gave us so much more room than we could have gotten at a hotel. The kids also loved the air hockey travel. We would happily stay here again.

Was a quiet place very nice had everything we needed

It was a nice rental it was very open area my only down is the beds are way to high and the couches are way to low to get up from but I’m older lady . It’s very spacious and nice

New Years Eve

Great “retreat” for New Years Eve. Quiet, plenty of space, all the essential amenities, and secluded location. Also very convenient for trips into Marietta, Ohio, and Parkersburg, West Virginia.
