Location, Location, Location! The home located on the very desirable quiet north end of Anna Maria, Florida . This charming two story duplex- each unit has two bedrooms , one bathroom. Rent one unit or both. Perfect for a group of extended family and friends who want their own place but still be right together as a group. Heated inground pool, steps to the Bean Point Beach and everything you need for your perfect Anna Maria Vacation. Parking is right at the front of the property.

Very short walk to the white sandy north end beach. Close enough to run for lunch and return for the most amazing sunsets. Includes beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and all you need for a perfect day at the beach!
If you like to fish, grab your fishing pole and walk few minutes to the Rod and Reel Pier.
Heated pool , private seating and grilling areas. The house is fully equipped with all linens, kitchen equipment, WIFI and more.

Low traffic area makes it safe to use the bicycles to get around. Easily travel across the island on the free trolley, which runs every 20 mins and has many stops around the island. There are many places who offer bikes and golf carts for rent in the island . There are many restaurants, small shops and Public supermarket all with in 10 min max driving and reachable by bikes and golf carts

Beautiful home!

It was wonderful staying at this property! Great location and really good host! The property is maintained and decorated really well! And beach is 5 minutes walk across the street!

Wonderful experience all around!

Great property… Super clean and convenient, and the owners were hospitable, friendly and responsive! In addition, We really enjoyed having the pool as well as use of the bicycles.

Excellent stay in Anna Maria Island

Exactly as described. Super comfortable, very clean, well organised, very responsive owner, lovely neighbourhood. Really enjoyed our stay and will come back. Beach umbrellas, chairs, cart and bikes available a great bonus.

Close to beach, close

The house was clean, great location & offered everything we would need for our week at the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, bikes and all the home essentials. It was wonderful.

Wonderful Stay!

This was my first time to the island and I didn’t know what to expect. This location was great! Had all the amenities that you could need for time away at the beach. We loved the short walk to the beach. Being able to use the bicycles and beach equipment was such a bonus! The condo was lovely! Perfect for my daughter and I. Our hosts were wonderful as well! Would definitely stay at this property again!!

Perfect location

We very much loved this pretty little neighborhood and being a very short walk to the beach. Beach chairs, cart and beach towels were provided which was terrific. The Island is very easy to navigate. This house was just right for us and well located for accessing restaurants & local shopping. Having a pool in the back to enjoy was a plus! M & M, Naples FL

Wonderful

This place was just what the doctor ordered. My adult children and myself had a wonderful time! There is everything you need in the kitchen to cook and everything is so comfortable. All that you could ever want and need for a beach day is in the shed. The grounds are immaculate, as was the unit. I thank you so much for the much needed r & r!!

Lovely house, close to Bean Point

We enjoyed our stay on AMI in this lovely house! It is located really close to Bean Point, which we love, and it had all the beach essentials that anyone would need. We rode the bikes to main street for breakfast and enjoyed the pool area. Everything you would need is there ready for you, we really had a good time. Thanks Rasa!

Best Location in AMI

We love this location. Bean point is beautiful, quite, more family and kids oriented. So close to the beach. Perfect location!!! We love coming to this property and have been for close to 10 yrs.

Long Weekend Getaway

Perfect spot for lots of walking, just what I was looking for. Host lives right next door and introduced herself right away. Quiet place, approx 2 blocks from the beach in 3 directions. Appartment is exactly as pictures show.

Superb home on AMI!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was perfect for our family of 4. We had the upstairs unit. It was immaculately clean, and all linens were provided including beach towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The pool was heated and great. There were bikes for use, and loads of beach chairs. Bean Point is a short walk, as is lots of dining and shopping. And Rasa was very responsive any time we had questions. 5 star for sure!
