We had a great time at Joe's house. He was available anytime we had a question. The house is wonderful and has the most amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and all the seasonings you need for a great meal. We did get to experience record breaking low temperatures and a fierce wind. That was certainly fun and unexpected. Hope to get back there again.

Stayed at Angel’s Envy 9/13-19 2025. Perfect vacation and it all started with This lovely property that we had the privilege to stay at. Location was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful home close to everything. We rented a golf cart and was able to get to all beaches and restaurants in minutes. Let’s get to the house details. Joes home was beautiful!! Sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean was an attraction in itself. Watching the birds dive into the water hunting for fish was amazing to watch. We saw dolphins jump, saw a manatee pass by. Loved seeing this every day while having our morning coffee. The home had everything we needed. Impeccably clean. I will be back soon. Joe, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with me and my husband. We had a perfect vacation.

Angel’s Envy was the perfect respite. As soon as you walk in, you know you are home. Spent every morning watching sunrises and every evening with beautiful sunsets. Joe has supplied you with everything you need to just relax and enjoy. Super clean rooms and a wonderful kitchen to cook in. So close to everything, yet secluded enough for peace and quiet. The dolphins, manatees, birds, with a surprise appearance of a stingray, kept us entertained. Joe was an amazing host. Very responsive to our needs. If you are lucky enough to stay at his place, go out to the private beach and say hello to Bubba Bear . You will be glad for a wonderful experience. Thanks Joe! We appreciate you sharing your lovely home with us.

Without a doubt, the best place we've visited in a while! The most beautiful sunrise from the house's oceanfront balcony! Excellent communication with the management! Not to mention the dolphins and manatees right in front of you every day! We'll definitely be back.

Privacy! Peaceful and the view was amazing. Wonderful location. House had everything we needed. Daily manatee and dolphins swimming very close to where we were. Steps to bean point sunsets. Close to restaurants. If you’re looking to relax and wind down this is your spot.

Week get-away

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! It was literally right on the water, and we enjoyed that tremendously! The views and the sunrises were MAGNIFICENT! The host was very good about answering questions…, and I am a talker! lol... He never seemed to mind my asking questions, as I was making sure that I was packing what we’d need there. Honestly, he provided more “extras” than I’ve ever seen also: he goes above and beyond! The house was probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in: pure perfection! I give the host and this house the highest rating possible!

I can sum this trip in one word, “WOW”. The property location was exceptional. Joe, the owner communicated with us and made us feel at home. His house was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything involved with this property and location is a 10. We watched the sunrises in the morning with the dolphins, manatees, stingrays, blue herons, and wildlife. You won’t need to bring anything really because Joe had a grill, umbrellas, fishing gear, swim towels, all the items you need in a kitchen, I mean everything. We are so happy we picked Joe’s property! We will be back again for sure. Thank you Joe for hosting us and making our granddaughters 18th birthday special! We will keep in touch. Thank you and God Bless.

My Happy Place

First time on Anna Maria Island, and loved it! The angels envy was a perfect location to stay in for us. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the kitchen was amazing! Joe was a very attentive host and quick to respond. We loved having the beach in the backyard, but just know there is no additional beach beyond the sea wall. A great spot to float and fish! The dolphins and manatees were amazing to watch throughout the day along with the beautiful sunrise in the morning and a five minute walk to beautiful sunsets! The beaches are beautiful with the softest sand ever. We enjoyed having a rental car to explore, kayaking, walking paths on the preserves and the unbelievable restaurants close by. We chose not to do golf cart and or bikes, but keep that in mind. Rentals are everywhere. There is a lot of recovery reconstruction going on but it’s amazing. How much has been completed. Thank you Joe for an amazing experience!

Sea Sanctuary for the Soul!

My girlfriends and I are grateful to Joe for offering his beautiful home to rent and enjoy. Joe communicated with us throughout the catastrophic hurricanes and took every measure to accommodate our needs. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Joe's home is spectacular and had been updated and refurnished. His home was appointed with everything we needed for our comfort, entertainment, relaxation, and enjoyment. The rent is a great value considering such spectacular, unobstructed views and selfishly enjoying them without neighbors or being among a multi-unit property.Every day we were greeted with the most colorful and glorious sunrises, meandering manatees, rambunctious rays, salty sea birds, and delightful dolphins frolicking mere feet from us. Our cheeks were gently kissed by a fresh ocean breeze and we were mesmerized by the waves lapping outside our door with water colored every shade of blue and green which nourished our souls. Joe was an attentive host and responded quickly to our questions and needs leading up to and during our stay.The houses on either side were impacted by the devastating hurricanes and at various stages of disrepair. We felt it gave us a greater deal of privacy to enjoy the majestic views from the deck and ground level lounge chairs.Joe, we LOVED your place. Thank you for everything! Beautiful View and Location

We stayed at Angel’s Envy and it was our first time on Anna Maria Island. We loved the charm of the island and the location of the house. What a view! We watched the sunrise every morning and saw dolphins every day. The house was newly renovated and fit our family perfectly. Between the house and backyard it had everything we needed and there were days that we skipped the beach to hang out on the bay. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials needed and we were able to cook many of our meals. Would definitely like to come back to stay. Joe was a very gracious host.

Great spot

We really enjoyed this house, it had everything we needed and more. The owner was very responsive. Close to everything! The dolphin watching off the deck was the best. The house could use a full length mirror for the ladies getting ready. Lol. But all, in all it was a great place to stay, very homey.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed March 16-28. Had a wonderful time. Joe is very responsive and communicative. The island is super crowded during March, but we were able to navigate through the traffic jams. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck and watch the sunrise and then watch the dolphins in the evenings.

Absolutely perfect

This place is nicer than I expected. Very comfortable peaceful home with perfect location. I walked bean point every morning to find whole sand dollars. The dolphins play continuously out front and they came very close to me while paddle boarding. Comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything we needed. We actually never went out to eat. Thank you Joe! .

180 degree view of the water

We were favorably impressed when we entered the house and saw the set up of the house and the amazing view of the water right in front.We enjoyed the morning sunrises from the porch, and frequently walked to nearby Bean point beach to see spectacular sunsets.Joe was a very responsive host, handled everything quickly.He responded to all of our questions within minutes.The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We could walk to.several restaurants and others were just a short drive away. We’d love to stay there again!
