Despite this apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, It is more confortable for 4.

The living room is furnished with a sofabed, a flat-screen TV, and wifi for you to relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cooking utensils and cutlery you will need to prepare a delicious meal, including a microwave, refrigerator and oven.

The 2 bedrooms contain comfortable king-size beds with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has what you will need to cool off such as a shower, toilet and sink. Clean towels and free toiletries are also provided for your convenience

The apartment is always cleaned and disinfected by professionals for your health and safety.

The neighborhood is absolutely grandiose. To tell the truth, it's even my favorite! The marsh is a clever mix of past and modernity… a trendy and historic district reminiscent of the Parisian past and whose streets are appreciated for their beauty and charm. There are more cool little bars than great restaurants than needed! Once you have passed the doors of the building, you will be able to appreciate the Marais and its old streets, its new stores and its trendy restaurants.

The apartment is easily accessible by car or public transport.

Please note that: This is a self-check-in property; you will have to go to a store located 4 minutes away by foot from the apartment to pick the key up. More information on how this will work out will be provided before your stay.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the facility. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
