Host was very welcoming and provided excellent information prior to our stay and upon arrival. Excellent location right next to Notre Dame. Numerous restaurants and shops as well as proximity to metro and trains. Apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay in Paris.

Latin Quarter base camp

A great spot for a 5 day venture in Paris. Easy access to central Paris, 5 minutes to Notre Dame, direct RER to Gare du Nord and CdeG airport. Range of eateries nearby and easy to get breakfast from local bakery. If you think of using the foldout bed it would be very tight so probably best for 2 only. Very enjoyable.

Memories in the Latin (4th) District

Very cute place to rest after long days of tourism. Perfect position to cafés, bars & Jazz Club. Thankful, we are able to navigate the stairs..We will be back.

Fantastic apartment

This space is perfect for a small family or group. It is quiet, well designed, comfortable, and perfectly located. It is within easy walking distance of many places you will want to visit and just a short walk from the Metro. Highly recommend

Fantastic location for us

First off, the location was great. Cute spot in the Latin Quarter and only a couple blocks from Notre Dame, metro, outdoor market, etc. There are a ton of restaurants very close and some bars. Wasn't a problem for us but it can be a bit noisy at night, particularly on the weekend. The apartment is small, it was definitely a bit tight for myself and my three teens, but we made it work and loved Paris.

A perfect spot to stay while in Paris

We found the apartment to be perfect for our stay!! Traveling from the U.S. with two of my adult children (25 and 22 yrs). It comfortably fit the three of us. Comfy beds to return home to after long days of site-seeing. Only a 4 minute walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral, metro entrance, and walking distance to so many other major sites. Maikel, the host, offers many helpful suggestions and is readily available if needed! Will definitely try to book again for a future stay!!

Points to take in consideration

The entrance is a little bit hazard, short steps on angle stair it was difficult to manage luggage. Mattress was stiff to sleep on it, uncomfortable.

Christmas in Paris

Location is amazing; walkable and accessible to everything. We had a family of 4 (one teen and one 7) and none of us are petite. The place is as advertised; small but with some creative use of closets and putting everything away, we were comfortable for the week. The place was clean, great little kitchenette and we loved the shower… all small but important things. Access was easy and owner seemed more than accessible despite having no need to contact him. Only small suggestion would be different or more comfortable pillows for sleeping. Would happily return there again.

Wonderful and cozy flat in the Latin Quarter

Maikel was a great host! We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The flat is cozy for 4 adults but makes the most of the space. We would definitely stay here again.

Paris Getaway

Perfect location with close proximity to Notre Dame. Very clean, updated flat. We were a little surprised with upstairs sleeping area as it was tight for space but comfortable bed otherwise. Communication with host was prompt. Would recommend to others via Paris!

Latin Quarter gem

The loft apartment we stayed in during our visit could not have been a better location. It was three blocks from our daughter that is a student there. Notre Dame was just around the corner. It was in a courtyard and it was a quiet little cave on the first floor.

Great Location

Perfect location to explore the city. The apartment is cute. The stairs once you walk in front door are small and narrow, doesn’t take away from apartment at all just something to be cautious of for those that have trouble up and down. Loved the place, cozy and great spot to come back to after a long day. The area is very quiet! No complaints at all.

Nice Stay

The space is smaller than expected. But that seems to be normal for Paris. The hot water heater motor died while we were there. Can’t blame the owner, but an inconvenience. The site was close to the Seine, and museums, Notre Dame, etc. The owner communicated and wanted to be helpful.

Almost perfect

The property itself is cute and though small it was adequate for a short stay. We stayed there four nights. I would have loved to rate it 5 stars; however, 3 of the 4 nights we did not have hot water. The host was very responsive and tried to fix the problem quickly, but with it being the weekend, the hot water wasn’t fixed until Tuesday. We left on Wednesday. We ended up renting a hotel on Monday night just to be able to take a hot shower. Again, the host was very helpful and responsive in trying to fix the problem it just took a few days for the problem to be fixed. There is a portable air conditioner that did the job and we felt comfortable sleeping at night, but it could get a little warm during the day. Overall, even though we didn’t have hot water most of our stay, we would stay here again. It was clean and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the metro. The hosts were fantastic and we would recommend this place to our friends and family.

Very cozy

So the location is super super good, for a family of 4 (big kids) is a little to small but we manage to have a terrific stay. The communication with our host was great and even thought we had some furniture problem we were able to enjoy to 100%... we are easy to pleased travelers

Such a great location!

This was the perfect spot in Paris! Close to the metro, easy walk to so many restaurants and sites. The space is small, but you cannot get a better experience!
