The resort was good but the parking was horrific. The spaces for parking were not wide enough. The lanes in the parking lot were not wide enough. Cars had to back up many times so cars could get through. There are not enough elevators for this building! You would wait 1/2 hour for the elevator & it would be too full. Climbing up 8 floors in 95 degree heat & 85% humidity was torture! There were people who had to climb 23 floors! The resort was close to the beach and had good burgers. Next time I book a high rise I will definitely check the parking & elevator situation!

Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the resort's convenient beach access and the on-site burgers. We're sorry that the parking garage and elevator experience did not meet your expectations. These are shared resort amenities that are designed, owned, and managed by the condominium association rather than by individual unit owners or hosts. During peak summer weeks, when the resort is at or near full occupancy, parking and elevator traffic can become heavier, particularly around check-in, check-out, and meal times. While these aspects are unfortunately outside of our control, we appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps future guests understand what to expect when choosing one of the largest and most popular beachfront high-rise resorts in Panama City Beach. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you enjoyed your time on the beautiful white-sand beaches.

The stay was pretty great. Condo owners were very prompt and sent all details nearly immediately. Zero issues with condo or owners. 5 stars for themthe condo was very clean. No sand no dust, even inside the microwave was as if it were brand new. We have no complaints at all about our condo. The condo had new Roku TV's inside, fast wifi. Plenty of space. Fold out bed couch, nice king sized mattress for main room an bunk beds for the kiddo. - washer an dryer functioned as they should. Washing machine we left about half full an it did make some banging noises when it finished it's spin cycle but only for a second worked great.Balcony was beautiful, amazing view, clean with multiple chairs an tables. Beautiful spot to eat breakfast an dinner at. Exterior was pretty reasonable for how busy it is. Good security, pretty well kept property. Amazing food downstairs..better than pineapple Willy's in my opinion. We ate at several places around the resort. - the resort also allows Amazon deliveries and Walmart delivery. If your room is room 800 than your parking on the 8th floor fyi. Arrive at the pool prior to 9:00am otherwise you will not get a seat, pool chairs are 55 a day per day for 2 chairs an a umbrella - kinda pricey...bring your own chairs.Best food options from mom an pop shops is the pool area has their own jamacian ran food, very good an cheap, bayou on the beach amazing!!! Dat Cajuin Place absolutely best find- good luck

Great view; comfortable bed

Condo was nice and had a great view. The pool was being renovated the first 11 days of our 14 day visit, which we were not informed of ahead of time. Parking was confusing so would advise other guests that a parking pass is in the unit and you can park in any unreserved spot. That info, if provided with check in instructions, would have made for less grief. Owner/manager was very nice and responsive to questions. I would recommend this property.

Not a Bad Stay

Property was fairly nice - needs a really good deep clean (curtains and lamp shades have stains on them), walls have splatters on them, and the walls in the Master, above bed, is covered in dust. Feel a little more updating, deep cleaning and maintenance would put this property above and beyond some of the others. It was also not mentioned that golf carts were not allowed in the half empty parking garage and required us to walk 1/4mile to park. Overall, the view was great, the proximity to a few real good restaurants was nice, and we enjoyed the pool and beach.

July 2022

We visited PCB last week and loved it! The 2 biggest issues we experienced were the elevators and the parking garage (neither can be controlled by the property owner and we were aware of these issues prior to arriving after reading the reviews). Lorien was always very prompt at answering any questions I had about the condo both before and during our stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars overall was due to noise and that was only on our last night there. A new group had come to the resort and were not following the noise disturbance rule, screaming, loudly talking and banging on the balcony well after 1030(again, not able to be controlled by Lorien). Other than that, it was a great experience and would highly recommend!

Love the resort

But it had a college spring break vibe for sure. We just stayed in our lane and they didn’t really bother us. Our condo was good. Needed new lights in master bath and over bunk area. But overall very happy and would rent again.

Never again- if I could give zero’s I would!

When we arrived at 4:30 our room was no where close to being ready which left us standing in the hallway in the heat with all of our luggage. Our room was not ready until 6:30- not 4:00 as stated. The owner was very dismissive and did not care that we were inconvenienced. She told us to put our stuff in the condo and head to the pool. She continued making excuses about how it was peak time, etc. and we need to be patient. 1.) Our bands/ parking pass packet was not in the room so again we were left waiting. 2.) We had just made a 12 hour drive and already had plans to meet friends for dinner. We needed to shower/ get ready but could not utilize the condo to do so. Our first night did not go as planned because of this situation and is extremely disappointing considering how much money we paid to enjoy our vacation. The parking garage is awkward and absolutely horrendous. There are very few unreserved parking spaces so consider yourself lucky if you find one. The elevators are even worse than parking. We waited a minimum of 15 minutes each time for an elevator. Everyone we talked to also complained about the slow elevators. We often took the stairs but they were always dripping water, sometimes directly on us, and had standing water which is a huge hazard. I do not consider this to be family friendly, especially if you have small children. It always smelled like trash or marijuana. There were constantly people yelling, playing loud music, and spotlighting until midnight and sometimes later. Nothing was done to enforce the quiet time hours. If you rent a golf cart, you cannot bring it on the property which is fine but there are NO signs or information in the welcome packet stating this information. The condo was just fine- the ice maker and dryer do not work very well. We saw roaches several times. The second bedroom (more like a closet) is very small for two children. The top bunk is jenky and wobbly. The beach was entirely way too crowded and the staff is rude. Definitely would not stay here again!

I am saddened to see such a negative review as most of my other reviews are 5 stars. However, I must admit that the room was not ready by 4pm as contracted with our cleaning company; I tried very hard to be apologetic and suggested many activities which I thought would be helpful in waiting for the room to be ready, I understand it may be felt as dismissive of the problem. In hindsight, I should have offered a refund of the cleaning fees instead. The upside is that my cleaning company is excellent; this is the first time they did not finish cleaning by the contract 4pm time.
