The condo was adorable and being right on the river was such a bonus. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the water. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

Super clean, comfy, well decorated. The balconies were lovely with a view of the babbling creek. The location truly was on the peaceful side! Love the hilarious board game ;-). Woukd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful area

The condo was decorated really cute and was very clean. We loved the river running at the back of the property. We enjoyed watching the kids float by on inner tubes. We would love to stay at the property again if we are in the area.

excellent location for us

we enjoyed the area very much, everything was clean, and in good working order. Lovely view of the river from the balcony, very relaxing. we would definitely stay here again with no problem!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy condo in the Smoky Mountains! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the river was so peaceful—hearing the water flow by made every morning and evening feel extra special.The location was perfect—tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet time, but still close to all the fun in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the space had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.This condo truly was a perfect escape. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind by the river in the Smokies!

Great Place

This was located right where we needed to be. Close to what we wanted to do and very quiet. Great place for a weekend or weeks getaway. Will definitely not mind staying here again when we come to the area.

Excellent place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at this place. It was immaculately clean, had plenty of space and was very tastefully decorated. We loved being so close to the stream and there were even binoculars which we could use to look out at the birds. The place was quite private with 2 separate porches looking out over the stream. We would definitely recommend it and are looking forward to returning.

Peaceful Stay

This condo is very comfortable, clean, well stocked and it’s an easy place to relax. The river view from the balconies is especially nice. We also like that it’s a short walk to the grocery store and to Peaceful Side Social, a fun and yummy eatery! It’s in a quiet area and we felt safe. Don’t hesitate to book :)

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location

Spacious and well-equipped, this lovely condo on the river wa perfect for our late fall get-away. Close to the Smokys,we enjoyed the Sugarlands area, the hike to the Chimney Tops and the small town of Townsend. Thank you for such perfect accommodations.

Lovely by the River

It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. The sound of the river was wonderful to go to sleep with. Neighbors very quiet - highly recommended.

I grew up in Townsend, I have lived here most of my life, and I don't take it granted. I know our slow, small, town is a charmed life. Come try a week with us we will show you. We know where the best restaurants are, and we know all the shortcuts! There are tons of things to do here, white water rafting, tubing, swimming, fishing, snow skiing, hiking, antiquing, just driving around in the Smoky something for everyone.
