My host, John was very kind and helpful. The condo was beautifully decorated very comfortable and cozy. The view of the river and the ducks was very beautiful and inviting. I had a great time.

The condo was adorable and being right on the river was such a bonus. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the water. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen looked well stocked. There were several excellent restaurants very close by to the condo. The property was very clean and the balconies on the river were wonderful. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Super clean, comfy, well decorated. The balconies were lovely with a view of the babbling creek. The location truly was on the peaceful side! Love the hilarious board game ;-). Woukd definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy condo in the Smoky Mountains! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the river was so peaceful—hearing the water flow by made every morning and evening feel extra special.The location was perfect—tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet time, but still close to all the fun in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the space had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.This condo truly was a perfect escape. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind by the river in the Smokies!

Beautiful area

The condo was decorated really cute and was very clean. We loved the river running at the back of the property. We enjoyed watching the kids float by on inner tubes. We would love to stay at the property again if we are in the area.

Relax by the River

Great location to see the Smokies. Lots of good eating choices in Townsend and Wears Valley. Convenient to Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Close to places we like to hike. A couple of minor issues: we had to wash our towels and wash cloths every night since we only had one per. We only had partial toilet paper rolls which ended up not being a problem but concerning. The one time we turned on the TV, there was not enough space to run the movie we were trying to watch. This was our second stay here, and we would probably stay again.

The Goldilocks place to stay

Perfect condo - in town on pavement, plenty of level parking, walk to everything, beside the river. Condo was clean, everything worked well, rooms good size and comfortable. Loved hearing the river at night. Great place to stay for cycling trip - easy access to all the routes. There are stairs to get in and to bedrooms. We didn’t care but some might. Hope to stay here again next time.

Excellent place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at this place. It was immaculately clean, had plenty of space and was very tastefully decorated. We loved being so close to the stream and there were even binoculars which we could use to look out at the birds. The place was quite private with 2 separate porches looking out over the stream. We would definitely recommend it and are looking forward to returning.

excellent location for us

we enjoyed the area very much, everything was clean, and in good working order. Lovely view of the river from the balcony, very relaxing. we would definitely stay here again with no problem!

I grew up in Townsend, I have lived here most of my life, and I don't take it granted. I know our slow, small, town is a charmed life. Come try a week with us we will show you. We know where the best restaurants are, and we know all the shortcuts! There are tons of things to do here, white water rafting, tubing, swimming, fishing, snow skiing, hiking, antiquing, just driving around in the Smoky something for everyone.
