Summary:

Beautiful riverfront condo, only steps away from the Little River. Enjoy peacefully listening to the river flow. Quietly watch the tubers float by in the summer. Fish year round. Only 2 miles to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, for all the hiking and exploring you could want. From the condo, walk or bike to everything Townsend has to offer. 2 story condo with 2 decks overlooking the the Little River. Only a short drive to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg!



The Space:

The last 4 digits of the cell phone used to process the booking will be the Dor code to get in once you book.



Guest Access:

Private entrance on the second floor, second from the right.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet area with large grassy park and tall trees in the front, and the rustling little river in the back.



Getting Around:

You can walk to nearly everything Townsend has to offer. 2 miles from GSMNP entrance. A short drive to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.

Kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast and snacks; we ate dinners at two very good nearby restaurants. The entire unit was clean and comfy, with up-to-date facilities. The new (to us) bed in the second bedroom was nice. We do focus on location, and this place suits us just fine. Communication with the host was great. We plan on returning!
We did a little decorating on our own.

Everything was wonderful for our stay. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Our host was very accommodating and every detail from check in to check out was accounted for. We had a wonderful romantic stay but this space would also be great for family. The setting along the river is perfect. We will definitely be back. 5 stars!!!!

The kitchen was perfect with all the utensils and tools needed. Also pleased that some spices were available from previous guests. The condo was set up perfectly with a bonus 1/2 bath on the main floor (that was a surprise). This location is steps to the grocery store and local restaurants. Furniture was comfortable and beds also. The communication with the host was quick when needed. One thing to note there are stairs involved since this is a 2nd story unit. No problem for us but I wasn't aware until we got there. Great location if you're there for an event in town or visiting Cades Cove. And good parking spaces for those who may be coming with a trailer.

We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony over the river. It would have been so nice if there had been an elevator so we didn’t have to carry our bags up the steps. We are in our 70’s and this was quite difficult for us. It would also have been nice if the condo was all on one level.

Very clean and in a great location- close to grocery store, resturant, River Rat. The owners very flexible in letting us have a late check out. Great stay I would highly recommend!

Family trip

Great quiet place by a babbling stream and out of the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to, communication with owner was good and it was very clean. Only issue is bunkbeds in picture is now a queen bed but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot

Our family of 5 spent Spring Break at the Marble Loft and everyone loved it. The renovation is incredible and everything is so thoughtfully done. We walked to dinner, sat out by the river, enjoyed horseback riding and a half-day trip into Gatlinburg. If you like the beauty of the Smokies, but don’t need the crowds of Sevierville or Gatlinburg, Townsend is the place for you.

Great Getaway spot!

Place was exactly as advertised and the owners/managers were very friendly and responsive when needed. Location was great - close to park entrance, walkable to grocery store, coffee shop, and a couple of restaurants. It is "in town" so no crazy mtn dirt roads to navigate.

Comfy, cozy, and quiet Christmas get-together

The unit was very nice, homey with up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms. Location, location, location is most important to us, and this fit perfectly. We've already talked about extending our stay next year.

Very Nice Condo

I stayed here for the July 4th weekend with my husband and our children. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated with lots of upgrades. Communication with the host was always prompt. Our children loved the river and how close we were to it. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful for a serene getaway

Absolutely incredible condo with a wonderful view. Very quiet and relaxing area. Property managers were very quick to answer to any questions we had. Definitely coming back to this place!

Nice Stay in the Smokies

Enjoyed being on the river. Owner did an extensive job renovating the entire space. Appreciated the reverse osmosis water drinking system.
