Awesome Senior Framily Trip

The house is huge - perfect for a large framily vacation. It was decorated with a cute beachy theme and very clean. The location cannot be beat! It's right next to the pool with a short walk to the beach. The community is safe and monitored. We had an issue with a few items that were not stocked, but it was quickly resolved with a text to the property manager. She was very responsive and wanted to make things right. We will def stay here again!!

Very nice house and security around was excellent

The house was very clean and organized Me and my family really enjoyed our vacation here The kids had a blast on the basketball courts and the swimming pool It was very convenient having the pool so close The beach was very nice and near by also Next time I will diffently consider staying here again

Jewel of a Stay

This is a first class house, with a terrific layout, great space, and high end modern furnishings. Our 3 generation family of 6 spent a week at the Aguilera vacation home, and everyone agreed we will be back. The deck is fantastic. We spent every evening enjoying adult beverages and playing games on the deck. There is also a deck on the upper floor with a fantastic view of the Sea of Cortez. The house is close to the pool in the Costa Diamante complex and a very short walk to Sandy Beach. The kitchen has a stainless steel french door refrigerator and a Wolf gas range. The house also has a propane grill, so there were multiple options for cooking meals on the nights when we didn't eat at one of the local restaurants. The Super Lay and Sam'sClub grocery stores were a short drive away. The washer and dryer were a plus (for stays more than 3 nights). The house provides beach towels. And there's a ping pong table in the garage. Definite 5 star rating.

Beautiful Modern House

This house is a short walk to the beach and right next to the pool and hot tub area. The house was very new. Smelled like it had just been painted. It was very nice and I would definitely rent it again, but we have some recommendations…mattresses on the bunk beds are poor quality. You can feel the springs in them. I’m sure they are fine for toddlers, but my teenagers complained. The front door is not operable for guests. This would normally not be a problem, but they were re-doing the community path behind the house which made it a little awkward to exit through the back each time. I would recommend some plastic cups/plates for the kitchen. The upstairs has some dangerous patios. They have signs warning not to enter but a curious child could easily access them if no adults are around. It was a wonderful visit to Rocky Point at this house. The neighborhood is fantastic and feels very safe.

The BEST stay in Peñasco 2023

We have been traveling to Peñasco for the past 10 years. This has been by far our best Spring Break. The pictures of the home do not do it justice. We arrived and everything was ready as we expected. The rooms and bathrooms were large. The beds were very comfortable. The sliding doors opened up all the way and extended the living space. We had them open all day! The walking distance to the beach was 3 minutes and the pool/spa was right outside our door. The whole property felt like a bedroom community and it was nice and quiet like we like it so we can hear the ocean waves. Our dog Ocean enjoyed his morning walks. There are many restaurants to choose from and they are very close. The grocery stores are also close and have everything you need to cook a nice family dinner. The Aguilera's are great hosts and super communicative. We hope their home is available next year when we plan our vacation.

Nice modern house

I stayed at this House for the weekend to celebrate my fiancé‘s birthday and it was nice as shown in the pictures. The house is very modern and liked the fact that is was really close to the pool and less then 10 minute walk to the beach. There were a couple of minor things with the house to look for as to upon our arrival the back sliding door handle was broken, we had a issue with the refrigerator not really keeping some food cold so it spoiled some of our food. A toaster that was broken, a knob on the stove was broken and just the outside spout to rinse off sand came off when you would turn the water on with more pressure. Just inspect the house when you arrive so you can address the renter asap. As for the renter they acknowledge the issues and fixed any issues which was nice. Overall the stay was great with the pool and ocean being so close was very convenient for our family and accommodated our needs.

Perfect for a family trip

This was the perfect house for a getaway. My husband and I brought our kiddos along with our parents. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. The house is modern and cozy. The location is great as it's right in front of the community pool and basketball hoop (which my son was very happy about). We were able to walk to the beach from the house. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Place

We had a wonderful time, the house is beautiful and spacious. It’s so close to the beach and the pool is right behind it. The neighborhood was so secure and the people that work there were so polite and attentive. I highly recommend this place, all the members of my family (group of 12) loved everything about this place and of course the location too. So close to everything.

Beautiful Home and Locationl

Overall it was an amazing experience. My family enjoyed the home. It was well equipped and close proximity to the beach. The only concerns we had was the hints of mold on the entry mirror and the glass bowl on the table. But despite that the house was beautiful and we loved every minute of our stay❤️

Huge house close to beach

My family and another family (10 ppl) stayed here for 4-5 days. Property was very clean, in good neighborhood and close to the beach. The beach was amazing and owners provided a wagon and some beach towels to use. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage but unless you are staying more than 3 days they don’t want you to use it. The pool was under construction basically the entire time we were there and we had no forewarning but I don’t believe the owner had any control over that. The kitchen could use more/better cooking supplies to prep meals, otherwise very nice accommodations. Would stay here again if visiting Puerto Penasco.

Amazing location

We had a great overall stay. The house was beautiful. All the rooms were spacious and big. We visited early September. Weather was not as we expected, it was humid than hot. The pool area is at a close proximity and spacious for all. The beach was at a walking distance (2min walk) and very private. There were little to no vendors out in the beach. The only downfall of the visit was that we had no wifi throughout our entire stay, we reset the router plenty of times but had no luck getting it to work. Only one of us in our group had a phone with good cellular service in case of an emergency. We ended up enjoying our electronic free stay! We actually enjoyed ourselves even more! Overall a great stay, will definitely book again next year

Beautiful home missing a working kitchen

The house is just like the pictures, beautiful! But I did travel with cooking in mind, specially due to pandemic it was not our intention to eat out too often, we were there for a week. The kitchen although big and pretty did lack a lot of cooking pots, utensils, containers, etc. I suggest to take stuff from your home if you plan on cooking. Also, take your beach chairs, I’ve stayed in other properties and they always had some this one did not. Also be warned shower heads do not have any water pressure so just be patient and don’t use too much shampoo otherwise you’re there awhile trying to remove the soap. Other than that, it was really nice vacation, the house is just like the pictures… amazing!

Muy mala sanitario tapado desde que llegamos. Aire de la cocina tirando agua no se pudo usar.
