Costa Diamante has a pool, hot tub, basketball court, bocci court, and kid's playground. Located in the center of Sandy Beach where you can enjoy mangos and pineapples on the beach or you can venture out to some of the nearby restaurants and bars. Take a short walk along the cobblestone road to Colin's Cantina, La Joya, or Shive Shop. Costa Diamante has patrolling security that enforces community rules. The "Estrella de Mar" house is an incredible 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house in the exclusive community of Costa Diamante on Sandy Beach. This house is a short walk to the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. All four bedrooms have KING beds, ceiling fans, and 55" Smart Tvs. There are two masters, and then two bedrooms with a shared bath all on the main level. The kitchen, dining, and living space are all on the upper level so you can enjoy the gorgeous views. Sleeps 8 comfortably in beds, 2 on a king air mattress, and 2 single folding beds. The game garage has video games, ping pong, a folding pool table, cornhole, and more! It also has beach chairs, boogies boards, beach buckets, plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and even a kayak you can use!

The outdoor space at this house is fantastic! You have a nice back patio to gather the family and friends to head to the beach. You have a spacious upper deck off the kitchen and living space where you can BBQ your favorite foods or just relax and enjoy the views! This house has it all!

We have 4 parking spots in the front of the house. If you bring a trailer it must be parked in one of those spots or you can make arrangements with us to park it on a dirt lot in the community for an additional nightly fee.
