I recently fell in love with Saint-Gervais-Mont-Blanc and the superb Evasion Mont Blanc and Chamonix Valley ski areas, and I’d be delighted to welcome you. <br>LOCATION, TRANSPORTATION, AND SKIING<br>My studio with a sleeping area for 4 people is a 5-minute walk from the center of Saint-Gervais (on flat ground). Both ski areas are easily accessible from the residence: <br>- Evasion Mont-Blanc Ski Area: “TMB” or “Mont-Joly” shuttle stops are 50 meters away for Line 1 (5-minute ride to the gondola departure point, running every 10 minutes). <br>- Chamonix-Les Houches Ski Area: take the Mont Blanc Tramway, located 50 meters from the residence. From the base of the Les Houches ski area, the Mont Blanc Express train or shuttles will take you to the other ski areas in the Chamonix Valley: Brévent-Flégère, Argentière, and Vallorcine. <br>THE APARTMENT<br>Living room: “Convertibles de France” sofa bed with standard-style sleeping surface (the most comfortable, featuring wide wooden slats and a very sturdy, easy-to-use Rapido mechanism). <br>Kitchen: fully equipped with Bosch glass-ceramic cooktop, large Sauter convection oven (top of the line), and Bosch dishwasher. <br>Bathroom with plenty of drying racks for clothes, separate toilet. <br>Ski locker, secure parking with a gate. <br>Feel free to email me with any questions! <br><br>Raphaël
