Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Saint Gervais studio with sleeping area of 28 m² that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The studio is on the 1st floor. It has an Eastern exposure with view of Mont-Blanc range, and has a balcony.

Please note : Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/socks in the boot) is compulsory from 01/11 to 31/03 each year.

The apartment is composed of :

- A living room with sofa bed for 2 people, and dining area.
- An equipped kitchenette with 2 hotplates, oven and fridge.
- A sleeping area, at the entrance, with bunk beds.
- A bathroom with little shower, sink, and toilet.

Additional equipment : a shared parking in front of the residence, ski locker. Pets allowed.
