Welcome to this charming 60 m² house, perfect for a family or friends getaway! Enjoy a private pool from June to October, a fenced garden, and included internet access.

Exterior :
The exterior is a perfect relaxation spot, featuring a lovely garden, a sparkling pool, and a barbecue, ideal for unforgettable summer evenings. The terrace provides a clear view of the garden and is accessible via a private entrance. Enjoy the outdoor furniture for relaxing moments in the sun or shade of the trees.

Living areas :
The bright and spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, creating a welcoming atmosphere for quiet evenings after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen has all the utensils needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, along with a dining table for enjoyable meals shared with family or friends.

Access:
The house is easily accessible by car, only 30 minutes from the Nîmes TGV station and 40 minutes from the Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes airport. If you come from Paris, it will take you about 3 hours by train to Nîmes, then 30 minutes by car to reach Saint-Siffret.
