Welcome to our family’s piece of paradise. We’ve been travelling to Hawaii for twenty years, and our condo is the fulfillment of a dream to call the Big Island our second home. Our goal is to provide you with that same sense of aloha.

Our 2BR/2 BA condo has a king in the master suite, and twin beds (easily converted to a king if requested) in the guest room. You will find many upgrades in our villa, including high-quality furnishings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave), large flat screen HD televisions in the living room and master suite, and a new full-size high-efficiency washer and dryer. We have tried to anticipate your every need and included everything you need to feel at home. You will even find convenient kitchen appliances, including a toaster, blender, coffee maker (a Keurig as well), rice cooker, and electric teapot.

Our unit includes HD TV channels, wireless internet, and air conditioning. You will also find beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards to allow you to immediately enjoy the nearby beaches. Our unit comes with a designated parking spot close to the building’s elevator. The previous owners of our condo built a great group of return renters and received stellar reviews for providing a clean and well-maintained property, and we have worked to uphold that standard.

Fairway Villas was our destination long before we purchased our vacation home here because of its location. Tucked away in a peaceful, gated neighborhood with amenities like an infinity edge pool, spa, fitness facility, and grill area. Our lanai overlooks the first green of the Tom Weiskopf-designed Waikoloa Kings Golf Course and the Kings Petroglyph trail that runs right through the backyard of our property.

Just outside the landscaped grounds of the Fairway Villas you will find a variety of activities within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area including shopping, a variety of restaurants in the Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace (both are easy walking distance from our condo), the Beach, Lakes, and Kings golf courses, and access to the ocean at Anaeho'omalu Bay. Staying in our unit gives guests access to exclusive Gold Membership rates: 18 holes for $75/round (7 a.m. - 9 a.m.), $50/round (after 9 a.m.), club rentals $25/set. Simply state you are staying in a Gold Member unit for the above rates.

Waikoloa Beach Resort provides a central location to base your vacation. We are only 18 miles from Kona International Airport and 25 miles from Kailua-Kona. Whether taking advantage of nearby Hapuna, Kaunaloa (Mauna Kea), or Waialea beaches; touring Volcanoes National Park; hiking into Waipio Valley; snorkeling in Kealakekua Bay next to Captain Cook Monument; shopping in Kona; sipping locally grown coffee; browsing through a farmers markets; photographing spectacular waterfalls; our villa is the perfect base for adventures too numerous to count!

Waikola Fairway Condo

The property is amazing. Very comfortable and clean. Great beaches and tons of stuff to do. Please be sure to fly into Kona Airport. A car rental is important to see the island, but not required. Mahalo and aloha.

Proximity to airport, beaches, golf courses, shopping/grocery, restaurants, and easy drive to excursions and Hilo side of island. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable, lots of amenities. Rapid host response with minor check-in issue. We had a nice relaxing 4 night stay at this Fairway Villas condo and will definitely be booking in the future.

Clean & Convenient

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. We love the proximity to beaches, shops and dining. This unit is well stocked with beach and pool toys, chairs, mats and coolers, and everything was easy to find.

Home away from home!

First time visit to The Big Island and the accommodations were the 'icing on the cake'! The condo was very comfortable and homey, and the location was perfect, walking distance to anything you need. Lydia (owner) and Barbara (housekeeper) were very responsive to any questions I had. Looking forward to a return to this property in the future!!

Great place

Great property in excellent condition and fully equipped. The owner was very responsive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds are well kept up and the pool and hot tub are nice. The location is far enough north to escape the crowds in Kona. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing!

Great location in Waikoloa

Enjoyed staying near A-bay with easy access to beach, shops and golf. We've been to the Kohala coast before and stayed in a traditional resort previously. We found this condo to be much more suitable for us than a typical resort room and appreciated being able to prepare meals in the kitchen. The owners were extremely responsive. The gold membership discount at the attached golf course is a fantastic deal and the included beach accessories with the condo made the week great for the kids.

Well cared for, thoughtful condo in Waikoloa

I stayed at this condo in the Fairway Villas as the Waikoloa with my spouse for about 10 days. We really enjoyed the location (proximity to A-Bay, Queens & Kings shops), the cleanliness, and thoughtfulness of all of the amenities. The family definitely took effort to update and make improvements to decor, appliances, furniture, and it had everything we could need for a stay on Hawai'i Island. The owners were responsive and left helpful instructions and recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

Very Happy!

Came into the unit and were impressed and stayed impressed throughout the entire 2 week stay. This unit feels like a home instead of a rental. You can tell the care and attention that the owners put into this unit because they have set it up wonderfully. Wonderful vacation with friends

We stayed from September 26 through October 12, 2019. The place is beautiful near everything you would need as far as shopping and beach gas stations and many restaurants. We stayed at B 22 The owner was absolutely accommodating to everything the pool was out all but 4 to 5 days that we were here but the owner made sure that we were accommodated for this. The Villa is beautiful and has every thing you would ever need inside we enjoyed watching the golfers from our lanai. We enjoyed the stay so much we are looking into buying one for ourselves we thank you for sharing your home with us

Beautiful Villa with everything you could possibly need during your stay!

We loved the property! It was a beautiful villa with all the amenities you could possibly want. Great location and beautiful golf course view from the lanai. We enjoyed relaxing there after a busy day. Located close to the pool, walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of supplies provided for a fun day at the beach. We also appreciated all the resources, pictures and suggested activities the owners provided for our stay on the Big Island. We had a great stay!! My bag is packed for our return!

Within one day of our return, both my wife and I said we were ready to head back to Hale Maha! I don't believe we could give a better summation of our time there. David made sure that we had a wonderful stay and the villa was perfect! Quiet, yet only a quick 5 min walk to the shops and only 1 min to the pool, spa and BBQ area. Aaaah, I can envision it all right now! David when is your next opening? :) Warmly, Neal.

We loved it!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. We loved how spacious it is and how close it was to the shops and restaurants. We arrived very late and the condo was well lit, easy to find with parking,  stairs and elevator very close by. I appreciated the things like laundry detergent,  cleaning supplies, extra hangers and beach towels. It's nice not to have to bring these from home. We had a fantastic time at the pool, driving to Hawi, going to the Pololu lookout, Akaka Falls and Hilo. Dave was prompt, thorough and very easy to work with. We will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you, Dave and family for a memorable vacation!
