The North Myrtle Beach condo Xanadu III 404 is the place to be for your North Myrtle Beach vacation! This beautifully appointed two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo on the fourth floor is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Unit 404 features a fully equipped kitchen, oceanfront living area with a sleeper sofa, dining area, washer/dryer, free Internet, and oceanfront balcony offering a fabulous view of the beach. There are three TV's and three DVD's available for your entertainment.

North Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental Xanadu III 404 is a clean, well-maintained unit. The master bedroom has a king bed with a sliding door that opens out onto the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The spacious balcony has an enormous view of the mighty Atlantic Ocean. Xanadu III has wonderful property amenities with on-site parking, elevator, large oceanfront deck for sunbathing, and oceanfront outdoor pool that everyone will enjoy!

Appreciate a walk along the shoreline as you feel the breeze off of the ocean. Nothing could be finer than taking in some of that warm Carolina sunshine as you get sand in your toes or chase a few sand crabs. The oceanfront is always a fun place to watch your kite fly in the gorgeous Carolina blue sky. As you glance across the never ending Atlantic, plan your evening in North Myrtle Beach. May we suggest some delicious North Myrtle Beach seafood, peaceful fine dining, or even a dinner show? Whatever you have an appetite for you will be able to find it here. There are plenty of specialty shops and malls to visit. Whether you want to walk along the deck at Barefoot Landing after you dine and shop or visit Tanger Outlet and Broadway at the Beach, your night will be one to anticipate! Golf at one of the areas many championship golf courses. A preferred outing is putting at one of the several 18 miniature golf courses. Deep sea fish or fish on the pier, the fish are waiting for you. Shag your way to Ocean Drive and "cut the rug" or listen to some of your favorite beach music songs. The kids will love the Ocean Drive Pavilion's arcade and amusement rides, all within walking distance from this North Myrtle Beach condo rental. Your family will be amazed at the fun that all begins at Xanadu III 404 condo rental in North Myrtle Beach!

Motorcycles are allowed but must parking in the dirt parking lot across the street. No pets. No smoking. Families only. No student groups.

Peaceful, Restorative Vacation

This condo in North Myrtle Beach was perfect for a restful break. It’s a great location on a quiet stretch of the beach. I could have sat on the balcony for weeks. It was well stocked and has everything we needed. The mattresses could probably use a refresh, but everything else was in great shape. I definitely hope to come back!

Very nice property at great location

The apartment was pretty much as described. Can't ask for better location-wise. Only reason I can't give it a full five stars is that the unit is starting to show a little bit of wear and tear. The master bedroom bed is finished and desperately needs to be replaced. A little bit of TLC would go a long way in making this unit perfect. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat and will probably return.

We came to Myrtle beach to play baseball. We had made arrangements to stay in the same building with several other families. Hours before we were to leave for this trip our original rental canceled. I didn’t know what to do…. We found this condo right next door to the original reservation. On the drive down we were contacted to complete the paperwork over the phone making arrival easy. The rental is beautiful. It was a wonderful stay. It was very clean and has a nice washer , dryer and dishwasher. When my husband locked us out, someone came within minutes to let us back in. Having a key pad for the door would be my only suggestion to improve this stay.

Had to cancel our 2nd week there as we found roaches in the condo .

Was not happy finding roaches in the condo and had to move 2 times from one condo to another and then back to original rental to find roaches still there after Exterminator had come out to get rid of them so we ended up cancelling our 2nd week. Overall not a good experience at all. The condo unit was very nice

looked nice...but...

Location was great, access to beach was wonderful. Furnishings were appealing at first impression, nicely decorated. However there were bugs in the silverware drawer and sticky cupboards. The warming drawer of the stove was jammed tight with cookware, pots/ pans fell out of the cabinets when opened. The kingsize bed needs to be replaced, it was unsleepable. Condo was stuffy and hot., especially the second bedroom Huge bathroom off master but the toilet room and shower were suitable for an RV. Sitting area furniture was comfortable but needs a good steam cleaning, it has an odor.

Perfect Getaway

Lovely balcony. Could sit out there all day! Also loved the decor in this place. Only downside might be the master bed that had waves of its own :), but other than that it was just wonderful. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Relaxed at Xanadu

We enjoyed staying here it was very clean and short entrance or walk to beach . Wasn’t to crowed at pool and close to everything . The room was very inviting and homey .
