Located on a cliff in an upscale neighborhood on the East End of St. Croix, Villa Paradiso is your own private mini resort and boasts one of the most jaw dropping ocean views on the island. Listen to the rolling surf as you view sunsets and sunrises while from private balconies facing East and West. Completed in 2011, this fabulous home has spectacular, million dollar vistas that will delight even the most discerning traveler. The villa offers three separate suites with their own terraces allowing couples to enjoy maximum privacy. There are breathtaking ocean views from each of the bedrooms and private patios. The home is within a short hiking distance of Jack's and Isaac's Bays (pictured) .These are pristine, secluded and mostly deserted Nature Conservancy park beaches. The maintained path to these beaches is directly below the house and this is the only rental property on St. Croix with direct access to the trail path as our property borders the national park. Occasionally you will meet other people on the beaches but most of the time you will have this paradise to yourselves. These beaches are perfect for snorkeling and playing in the waves. The home is tastefully decorated with interesting antiques, four poster beds and bright Caribbean colors, and is a perfect retreat for one to three couples (the pricing shown is for two people-additional charge for larger groups). The great room/kitchen opens to the spacious terrace with open air dining and seating. The knife edge saline pool blends with the ocean and the underwater benches are the perfect spot for sipping cocktails and watching the spectacular sunset . The ambience of the home is casual Caribbean elegance and it is maintained to the highest standards by our team. Our wonderful reviews show our attention to detail in every aspect of your stay, from the moment your arrive to when you depart Villa Paradiso. You will never want to leave.

Incidentally, this house, because of its location on this island (according to WHO study https://cnb.cx/37RiGib) has the cleanest air...in the world!

We are sorry but the property is not suitable for young children. Children must be 10 years or older. We are firm on this. There are some large drop offs from the patio and pool which could be very hazardous to toddlers or inquisitive children.

The villa has solar power with battery backup in case of power failures. ROKU, DVD movies and a Wii station are available.

Most exquisite place I’ve ever stayed

This place had absolutely everything. The wraparound view was breathtaking. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen was loaded with tools for cooking, including lots of spices. It was completely private. The property manager was available and prompt with answers to questions. It was the stay of a lifetime. Owners Drew and Kathy were so nice during the booking process. Five stars unless there are more available.

Fantastic view!!

This property had an outstanding view and the living set up was perfect! Also, our property manager went above and beyond the call of duty. Jenn helped us organize a huge birthday surprise for our daughter prior to our arrival that was a huge hit!

This is a wonderful place to stay.

The architecture and the gardens were beautiful. The house and gardens are maintained in excellent condition. The place was the best stocked place we have ever rented.Two of the best restaurants on the island are on the East end not far from this house. You will love this place.

Magnificent !! don’t pass this one up!!

This has been one of the most beautiful places we stayed in. We’ve traveled all over the Caribbean, but this is one of our favorites. The view is magnificent. The house is pristine the island and the people are kind and very helpful and fun don’t miss the amazing cheeseburgers at Shup’s, and the Monday night party at Ziggys

AWESOME PLACE

First off, the beds were comfortable, which is super important to me. It has plenty of room. I love the way that the bedrooms each other a little entry for a lot of privacy. You almost looks too good to believe but it is true and awesome.

Everything was first rate at this property for us. The Manager Jean did a great job. Especially how quickly she responded when we had questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back or book any property Jean handles.

Superior Location

This was an unbelievable island retreat. It had beautiful views, close to incredible private beaches, a well appointed home and gorgeous outdoor space. The home is set up beautifully for couples with private quarters for all. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the outdoor kitchen is an added bonus. Perfect spot for a private island vacation.

Amazing property!

This place did not disappoint... amazing views, perfect location, wonderful furnishings. Beds were comfy, amount of outdoor furniture was great, plenty of kitchen supplies. Everything was clean...pool was amazing. The location could not have been better, especially if you enjoy walks/ hiking to beaches where you can swim and snorkel. Close enough to grocery stores and restaurants. We hope to stay here again in the future... it's an amazing property!!

Absolutely awesome stay

Very much enjoyed this beautiful home and how accommodating it was. The views and breezes were wonderful; gorgeous sunrises out our bedroom door. It was so truly relaxing. Over that we were on the quiet side of the island with plenty of restaurants to choose from and a wonderful market for fresh fish caught daily that was fairly close (and a wonderful wine selection as well!) to the villa. Thank you, Tim and Colette, for making your "home away from home" so comfortable and inviting.

Amazing St Croix Vacation

We travel to the Caribbean regularly but this was our first house rental in the islands. By far, my favorite! The house itself was truly amazing right down to the carefully selected decor accents. Coupled with the attentive and personable property managers and the caring owners, I just not sure this trip can be topped. Thank you Colette, Tim, Liz and Bill!!!

Great week!

Our sentiments are the same as previous reviews! Great house and we loved staying there with friends. We had Chef Julianne and her crew 2 nights which was a real treat! Definitely recommend. Blue Water Terrace was very good and of course Duggan's Reef is a must too. Castaways/Ziggys are fun for a way more casual, yet local setting. We golfed 3 times, Buccaneer was the best. Gorgeous views! Can't wait to go back---still dreaming of laying in the pool on the raft with drinks in hand!

A stay to remember! The view is breathtaking! The island is refreshingly welcoming & not touristy.

Our recent stay at Villa Paradiso could not have been better. Everything from Bob & Bobbie to Collete's spectacular home to the laid back welcoming vibe of the island was beyond our expectations. My husband & I and our two adult boys had a vacation with a perfect mix of relaxing time and fun & interesting outings including a Buck Island snorkel katamaran tour with Heinz, deep sea fishing charter (caught snapper & wahoo), ATV tour, & private cooking at our Villa with Chef Juliana. We had wonderful dinners at Duggans, Ziggys, & Blue Water Terrrace. We spent great tennis/beach days at the Buccaneer and gambled at Divi Bay Casino one evening. We can't wait to return!

Perfection

This is our 5th trip to St Croix and this is the best villa we have ever rented. We ventured to the west side and cane bay but for the most part stayed here and Cramer Park. The hike to issacs and jacks was a wonderful way to start the day. The hike to goat hill was TOUGH but worth it. The set up of this house is perfect for couples on vacation. The views are even better than the pictures and the owner is a joy to work with. Don’t want to leave. Thanks villa paradiso!

2nd Visit better than the first

We made such impactful memories in our first trip to St. Croix last year, we came back to the familiar setting. Everything was just as we expected, a lovely place. It is nice to have access to the beach that is for all intent and purposes, our “private” beach. The views from the property are amazing, listening to the ocean in the morning, watching the sunrise, all amazing. The property owner is amazing and VERY accommodating, and the property manager, Jenn, is friendly and a valuable resource for island information. We come to St. Croix to enjoy the quiet and less typical tourist locations, and this place is the ideal place to stay, giving access to all you need. Anytime we find ourselves in St. Croix, even once we become empty nesters, we will be here, it is THAT worth it.

AMAZING Vaycay!!

My husband and I, along with my 2 sisters, just had the most AMAZING vacation at Villa Paradiso. We absolutely HATED to leave! The views are unbeatable. Every bedroom has a deck overlooking the ocean. The pool is wonderful. We would be happy to stay in the pool every day and never leave the house. This was our SECOND trip to Villa Paradiso. We hope to come back every year. Liz and Bill were excellent hosts and Colette was great to work with! Thank you so much!
