Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life with a stay at this updated studio condo, perfectly situated beachfront for ultimate relaxation. Located right on the boardwalk and near Rehoboth Ave, you`ll have easy access to a variety of shops, dining, and local attractions. Be sure to try the famous Grotto Pizza and take the family to Funland, an amusement park just across the street, perfect for all ages (open during the summer months).

Unit 204 offers modern, updated amenities and a private balcony where you can enjoy beautiful morning sunrises over the ocean. Please note that linens, including sheets and towels, are not provided, so be sure to bring your own.

This studio condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your beach getaway!

Thanksgiving Visit

The property was quite comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the ocean from our private balcony. We went as a small family for Thanksgiving. There was a small kitchen but equipped with everything we needed to assist us with our Thanksgiving meal. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect getaway condo!

Appears to be recently updated, well stocked. Beautiful view overlooking boardwalk and ocean. Shade on balcony during afternoon perfect for afternoon breaks, naps, and beverages.

Excellent Location, Gracious Host

Amazing location, excellent unit, and responsive host! We had challenges with wifi on arrival; Elizabeth was very responsive in helping to work through the issues with the property. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Central, beachfront location was ideal for a small party!

Room with a view

This condo was adorable and exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. We parked in the underground garage and walked to everything with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Can’t beat the amazing view from the balcony. Elizabeth is very sweet and helpful.

Beach Trip 2024

Property was very nice and clean and right on the beach. Since it was after Sept. 15th parking was not a problem. We were in walking distance of shopping and places to eat. Our time there was fun too bad the weather didn't cooperate.

Great location and well maintained

The property is very well located on the boardwalk. The owners pride in the property is apparent by the care taken in maintaining and appointing the unit. We contacted the owner once and she was very responsive. We had a very enjoyable week.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This condominium has been our escape for decades. Living outside Washington, DC with a busy lifestyle, Rehoboth Beach has been our little haven. Walking the boardwalk (about 1 mile) or the nature trails at the Cape Henalopen State Park (they also have a great bike trail that takes you from Rehoboth to Lewes Beach). Enjoy a fun night out either at some of the local bars or with the family at Grottos and Funland (located across the street).
Our unit gives you a quiet place to relax, all while being within walking distance of everything you could possibly want to do when visiting.
We hope you like our unit and get the opportunity to enjoy it as much as we do.
