Downtown Rehoboth Beach Gem

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this delightful condo. Beautifully furnished, equipped with everything you need and only a few blocks to the boardwalk. The location is perfect for walking to all the best restaurants and night life. Attentive owners made it easy to check in and out. Highly recommend 10/10.

Very Welcoming

Accuracy in listing. Very comfortable and inviting space. Enjoyed the quietness and location. Off street parking was a plus. Looking forward to booking again in the near future. The Hosts were friendly and provided user friendly infomation in a timely manner!

Great one bedroom condo

Stylish condo at the top of Rehoboth Avenue strip. Short walk to the beach. Great owner to work with. Instructions for keying in the front door of the building and operating the dishwasher should be improved in the unit instructions.

Excellent place and in the center of town!

This listing is true to its pictures and description. The property was spotless and very clean! And painted and decorated that made it feel like my home away from home for a few days. My wife and I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Charming Rehoboth Beach Condo

My husband and I had a nice time staying in this condo. It has been renovated and has a balcony. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants, and the main attractions in downtown Rehoboth. Stan is helpful and responds quickly. If looking for an ideal one bedroom home this is the condo to rent!

Perfect location, lovely space

You can’t have a better location in Rehoboth. Close to Dogfish Head and Fins, easily the best two restaurants. Also short drive to Gordon’s Pond for birding. The condo has been lovingly decorated and outfitted. Easy parking and super responsive hosts.

The Arc Beach Apot

Very clean, exactly as described, perfect location just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Bed was very comfortable and the condo is loaded with everything you need to cook a meal, entertain friends etc. They even had beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach bag! This was my 2nd stay, and will be back!

Perfect for two

I could not recommend this place more! The perfect space and location for a quiet vacation for just my husband and myself. I always loved visiting Rehoboth and this made it all the more relaxing. 10000% will stay again.

The condo was extremely clean, the furniture comfortable, and decorated thoughtfully. We loved the convenience to restaurants, shopping, and bike trails. It was well appointed with attention to detail, which was appreciated. The hosts instructions were clear and timely, and would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Easy walk to all night life. Easy couple blocks walk to the beach. Condo was clean and spacious and updated beautifully. Owners are great and helped with anything we needed! Would book again!

Great experience

This trip was my second time staying in this unit, and my wife and I enjoyed our stay just as much as we did the first time. The condo was spotless and was close to the shopping and restaurants. Excellent accommodations and great hosts! Stan and Don provided details on what to do in the area and clear instructions on how to check in/check out.

Lovely and Cozy Little Beach Condo

I came to find this listing through a Google search and so glad that I did. The condo is exactly as shown, and a nice spot to settle in for a weekend away, or for a single to two-person stay for a period of time. Stanley was great with communication. My time there was comfortable and well spent.

Look No Further, This is it!

This is our second stay. Location, Location, Location! Close to Rise Up for coffee. Breakfast Guru has the best breakfast in town. Strolling the neighborhoods and boardwalk each day was the perfect way to relax and refresh from our hectic lives. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to staying next year! Rehoboth Jazz Fest Stan and Don's place

It was a last minute decision but I was so happy for this VRBO find. The condo was clean, quaint, and accessible to all whether walking or driving. Stan was readily available via, phone, email or just down the hall.

Lovely Condo

A beautifully decorated condo about a half mile walk to the boardwalk. The unit was sparkling clean, which I appreciate! Owner was easy to work with and very responsive. Will definitely consider again for my next trip to Rehoboth.

Late Summer Weekend

This was a quick weekend beach getaway for us before fall. The condominium is lovely, quiet, and a great location on Rehoboth Ave., a quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to staying there again in the future.

The Ark

We stayed in this charming condo in Rehoboth and had a wonderful time. Stanley responded quickly to questions that we had. Check in was very easy with an informational binder provided. The condo was with in walking distance of all major downtown attractions.

We found Rehoboth has a wonderful sense of community and caring and we thought it best to have an 'In Town' location which makes all the difference when enjoying Rehoboth Beach. We strive to make all our guests feel welcome by furnishing it as if it were our home. We strive to be quickly responsive to your needs. We added name brand furnishing such as Bosch Appliances, Flex Steel, Lexington, Stanley furniture, etc, REMODELED in the last few years with ongoing upgrades per year. We include Misc. stock supplies such as TP, paper towels, Kleenex, and kitchenware. We are here in Rehoboth frequently for short and long stays ourselves and stop frequently when vacant to be sure that everything is perfect. Personally & Professional management!

Everyone loves this Rehoboth get away! Just relax quietly and de-stress from the typical busy week that most of us experience. Conveniently located inside town limits which allows you to feel like part of the 'Community of Rehoboth'! Just stepping out of the front door and walking to morning the coffee shops for pastries, watching the town awaken, or an early stroll on the beach is one of our favorite things to do. No need to get in the car. A leisurely walk to all that the city offers - 4.5 block walk to the water but shops on the way if you wish or walk through the neighborhoods to reach the beach.
