Great location. Large bedrooms. Very clean environment. The only thing I would suggest is that they replace the mattresses at least in the Downstairs primary bedroom.

It is extremely close to a shuttle stop, so that made getting to the River Run Gondola very easy. We would stay here again!

Beautiful home. A lot of space to hangout with our group and close to the golf course. Everything was clean, and prepared when we arrived. Would highly recommend. Be there next year for the same trip.

Beautiful house with most everything needed. Great kitchen. Super location with excellent views. Big patio area in back.

Family trip

We booked this house for it convenience to Keystone River Run and the bike path. The house is everything we wanted. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, comfortable home. Highly recommend!

Just the perfect setting for our group of 9 to gather for Christmas. Home was even lovelier than the photos present. Hot tub, pool table, grills, fireplace and beautiful setting. Many thanks!

Overall the property was in a great location and was a good size house for our guys golf trip to Keystone. There were a few things located within the house that were disappointing. The house is clearly getting older and more worn out and it was showing signs of that. We did contact the host and there was a repairman brought in the following day to resolve a few issues. You can certainly tell it is a well used house and gets plenty of wear and tear. The hot tub was drained the day of our arrival and when we showed it it was not ready for use which was disappointing but appreciated the cleanliness of it. The house had plenty of space and beds for a big group. The windows in the main living room were very dirty, making it clear when the sun came through. We had two door nobs that fell off in the house. The garage was nice but had a fair amount of dirt in it which made putting things in there not as desirable (golf clubs). There was a less than desirable smell coming from the water heater room in the first floor that spread throughout the house. It went away once we opened windows and aired things out. We originally had a house book that we said was unavailable after a few weeks booked. We were relocated to this property and although it served our needs, it was not the quality at which you would expect for a nice home in the mountains. The decor, beds, couches, and amenities were nice but we felt some TLC would go a long way into the overall experience of the rental home.

Regarding the hot tub, it had to be drained and refilled between stays because it was left in unsatisfactory condition by the previous guests. We had it serviced as early as possible after checkout, but refilling and reheating the water takes time, so unfortunately, it wasn’t ready for use right away. We understand that was disappointing and appreciate your understanding of the time needed to ensure it was clean and ready. We’re also sorry to hear about your concerns with cleanliness. These weren’t reported to us during your stay, but had we known, we would have been happy to send our housekeeping team to address them. We’ll share your feedback about the home’s condition and maintenance with our teams for review. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.

Holiday Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay in this home! We were on a holiday vacation with another family and it exceeded all our expectations. It has so much space, was clean, and has everything you need for a fun escape to Keystone! It is very convenient to the village, skiing and anything we wanted to do. An added bonus was being able to see the fireworks on the front porch on New Years Eve! We hope to go back and stay again some day!

Amazing house in keystone

We had a blast in this gorgeous home ! The house is well planned out , we’ll equipped with humidifiers , hair dryers . Every room had it private bathroom and shower . Everything was clean . We even loved the location of being 9 minute walk to the river run gondola . We will certainly visit again

Beautiful Home

The house was wonderful! Great layout. Clean. Well equipped. Nice linens and towels. Nicely furnished. Would absolutely rent again and highly recommend. Property manager responds very quickly. Only negative was the charge for early arrival when house was empty already, that seemed ridiculous.
