Private entrance new studio

Open space modern studio attached to our house. Everything is brand new and features a shower with a toilet, a queen mattress bedroom, kitchenette ( stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, utensils), dining space, a TV. Great views of the Salt Lake Valley.
The studio is just for yourself with everything you need. Quiet, safe, comfortable and private.
The entrance is private , the door is locked with a key. The neighborhood is very safe, middle class, quiet, clean and close to everything:
Salt Lake City Airport- 15 minutes
Downtown- 15 minutes
Closest grocery store - 3 minutes
Closest hospital- 6 minutes
Closest hiking trail - 5 minutes..
Please no smokers..
Pets are $35 one time fee per pet..

Check in flexible but check out is ALWAYS by 11am please!

Excellent experience from check in to location to convenience. Lovely, very cozy and clean place and I would definitely stay again! Ozzye is a fabulous host. This was a very easy and enjoyable part of my trip.

I really liked staying here. Its a little confusing to find but its not the hosts fault, they give clear instructions and even though I arrived pretty late they came right out to help me. Its in a good location it was VERY cĺean, and it had everything i needed.

Great place for one night with just my baby and I. Its pretty small but was just what we needed. The room gets pretty humid with the ac running plus showering but nothing an open window couldn’t fix.
