This was nice. I had a parking spot right next to the door. They have kids upstairs, but they were really quite. My biggest complaint was the hardwater deposits on the shower head that made the water squirt out in odd directions. Hopefully they'll get that cleaned or replaced.

Adequate Stay

Great place if you are not spending much time here. We spent the weekend at a music festival, and for these purposes it was great, but there are children and dogs that are quite loud most of the time. The communication with the renters was great, and the place accomplished our needs, but I wish there were some indication of the situation at hand. Bummer not being able to nap/sleep a ton on vacation. Regardless, we appreciated staying here.

A Short Title

The property meets all necessary accommodations. It is a family community in a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood kids play there like any neighborhood. The family is a nice bunch. You can heard the kids upstairs at times, but it is not obnoxious (especially if you have your own children and know how they can be) and they won't keep you from sleeping.

Sundance Film Festival

This space was great for what we needed it for. My friend and I were in town for the Sundance Film Festival. We were located near the 15 and 215 freeways and were 15 minutes from the airport. Perfect space for a couple, or like us, one of us slept in the bedroom and we brought a pad to sleep in the living room. Kitchen area was perfect for us. We never used the washing machine. The place was clean, the carpet was well used. If the sound of kids and pets running around above you bothers you, this might not be the best place for you. For us it was not an issue. We would recommend this to someone that needed to come town for work or if you were using it to crash but get out and see the area during the day. The owners replied to messages very quickly. Overall a great experience.

Great place to stay!

This property is clean, very nice kitchen and bath and surprisingly quiet. We highly recommend it. The only drawback is the stairs. My husband is 82 and it was a bit difficult for him getting up and down. Other than that, fantastic. We even got coffee and snacks!

Description not accurate

The property was very clean, and they communication with the owners was great, but they need to adjust the description of the place. It states 2 beds, one being a sleeper sofa/futon. It was a leather couch you could sleep on, not a pull out. It states there is A/C. There is no way to adjust the temp, and all the vents in the apartment were covered. It got hot and stuffy. There was a lot of stomping upstairs in the early mornings, so sleeping in was an issue. The last issue was the young children who always seemed to pop out from behind a car when I was backing out. No adult present. This happened multiple times.

Visiting for soccer

We ended up staying at the place just for one night but not to any fault of the owner. Family surprised us on the visit so we needed a bigger place to stay together. Our experience while we were there was great.

Not a good fit

Noise from upstairs (kids running , yelling and dog barking). Did not feel comfortable and hard to do work calls with noise. Ending up leaving first day and getting a hotel.

Nice stay in quiet neighborhood a short drive to downtown SLC!

I was in town for the NBA All-Star weekend, and decided to stay outside of downtown. This place was the perfect residence to do work during the day, then attend events at night in downtown SLC (only 10-12 minute car ride away). The listing is exactly as advertised. I was able to go in/out as needed without needing to bother the host or vice-a-versa. The bed was comfy, the TVs were huge, the WiFi was strong, the kitchen was well furnished, and each room had a little heater in case it got cold at night. If you ever need to be in the SLC area and want something better than an overpriced hotel room, I would highly recommend!

Great place!

It was a lovely little basement apartment! Washer, dryer, fridge, stove…everything you need for a comfortable stay! Very tastefully decorated, clean, and comfy. Highly recommended!

Vacation stay

Enjoyed the stay at this property, nice and clean. But description said it slept 4. Only 1 bed and the sofa doesn't open up into a bed. They did have a blow up mattress but it had a leak and didn't hold air for long.

Cozy little place, perfect for our skiing trip

Basement apartment of a single family house in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location, close to grocery and restaurants. The place was very clean and has all the amenities we needed for the skiing trip. We cooked all our breakfasts and packed lunchs for the mountain visits. It's nice coming back to a warm and cozy home after a long cold day outside. The only comment I have is if you're looking for a very quiet place this may not be the best one. The family (I assume are the owners) lives upstairs seems have very small children often dropping toys and crying everyday at shower time. We used to live in an apartment complex ourselves. I have to say this was a little louder than usual. For us, we were OK with it since we were out most of the time during the day and usually the noise quiet down by 9pm at night. That's why I still think it deserves the 5 stars. We'll love to be back for another winter visit.

Nice place

Convenient location, easy access, dedicated parking, good amenities. Is a basement apartment and the pitter pat of (not so) little feet from above was pretty noticeable. Overall it worked for a couple nights.

Felt Right At Home!

The place was everything we want! It was very clean, had a lot of nice touches to make us feel right at home, and the hosts was very polite. Would definitely stay here again!
