Perfect Park City
Welcome to my Park City home, which our family calls “Perfect Park City”. Located in charming Old Town, our five-bedroom, five-bathroom, 3,000 square foot home is just a five-minute walk from lively Historic Main Street and one block to the Town Lift to access Park City Mountain Resort. Perfect Park City offers relaxed living spaces, high end Restoration Hardware furnishings, and a prime downtown location with easy access to the slopes and hiking trails, making it an ideal retreat for small groups of friends or families any time of the year. Originally built in 1920, the home was beautifully renovated in 2017 and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
A large central great room beckons you to gather with friends or family around the fireplace, hands cupped around a hot chocolate while you share skiing adventures. End your day with a soothing soak in the large outdoor hot tub or enjoy a barbecue on the deck during the summer. Kids of all ages will love the downstairs media room featuring a 120" projection screen, Apple TV and 20 board games to enjoy around the card table.
Beautiful wooden floors, vaulted ceilings and large windows lend the rooms an air of comfort and ease. A gourmet kitchen with stainless steel range and the very best appliances presides over the open-plan family dining area, so conversations can continue while meals are being prepared and served.
Upstairs, the Master Suite features a king bed, Apple TV, and ensuite bath. Two additional bedroom are also upstairs; one featuring a queen bed and the other with two full beds. Both rooms have large TVs, Apple TV and share a full hallway bath. There is an additional full bath on the main level so every bedroom in the house has its own full bathroom.
The downstairs contains the other two bedrooms including a 2nd Master Suite featuring a king bed, Apple TV and ensuite bath. The other features both a set of twin bunkbeds and a set of full bunkbeds in addition to an ensuite bath.
As residents of Park City, we know the best of what to do in the area and will make sure you have the most enjoyable vacation possible. We will provide you with full concierge services in addition to our own detailed guide to restaurants, activities and nightlife in the area. Any question you can think of about Park City we will be happy to answer for you. We can schedule everything for you from groceries to be delivered before your stay to hiring a private chef to whip up a gourmet meal to bringing in a masseuse to your home. Other services we can provide include ski butler, snowmobile rentals and transportation to and from Salt Lake City.

This is a great house!!!
We felt really happy to have rented this beautiful house in a festive area of spark City over Labor Day Weekend. The front of the house is nice but the inside is fantastic and a big surprise 😊It is spacious ( we had 5 adults and 5 children) and the big screen TV’s were a super addition to the sitting areas. The kitchen is well equipped and very nice. We like to cook! It was a very nice experience overall.

Exceeded Expectations!
The house was great - we brought our adult children, their significant others and some friends.
We all had a great time!
The kitchen was fully equipped for a large group, which was great for us since we cooked at least two meals each day.
The hot tub was a welcomed sight after a couple days on the slopes and a day of snowmobiling.
Walking distance to downtown and downtown lift was great.
Walking distance to the Park City base was bit far, but several did it anyway.
We happened to go on one of the best weeks I've ever been to Park City, we had an amazing amount of snow!
Parking for two cars was nice, unfortunately we had three, and there are signs on the street that residential parking passes were required from 11pm to 2am.
Overall, I'd highly recommend this property for a Park City trip any day of the year.

Great spacious house that was perfect for our large group. So many different places for people to sleep. Great location, within walking distance to downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Mountain Summer Trip
Great location for walking to in-town restaurants/stores and tons of nearby activities. Lots of space to relax with a lot of games and a well-supplied kitchen. Perfect spot for our 3 generations to stay for vacation.

Beautiful, modern house in a great location. Owners were extremely responsive. We had a minor issue with the sump pump and they went above and beyond to fix the situation.

Beautiful property in an unbeatable location
I stayed at this property with a group of friends in February and it was the perfect house! Close to the lifts for those who skied and walking distance to cute shops and great restaurants downtown for those who didn’t. The house was clean, spacious, and updated with Sonos, nice appliances, comfy couches, gas fireplaces etc. We will definitely be back!

Great Property, BUT Be Aware
This property is great overall. Great location (5 min walk to lift and town is accurate), great interior, helpful manager, well furnished, nice layout, etc.
BUT, two things to be very aware of:
1) If you're traveling with a big group, know that the VRBO listing is inaccurate. The listing claims there are 12 beds, but in reality there are only 9. The "kids" room really just has one queen, not the bunks listed. The textual description is accurate if you pay close attention, but not the "Rooms and Beds" diagram.
2) When we stayed there (Feb 2022), the entire front of the house was under construction and missing siding. It wasn't a big deal to us, but if I was looking for a cute house or to make a good impression on my guests I would have been very upset. Major construction seems like something that should be disclosed ahead of time.

Hi Mike - Thank you for the review and we apologize for you feeling misled. The "rooms and beds" diagram has been fixed. We aren't exactly sure how it showed 12 bed as we have had it listed as 9 beds for years.
As for the front of the house, we can totally understand how that isn't ideal. Unfortunately, when you rented the property it was our expectation that the siding would be completed. Unfortunately, our home is a historic property and the city stopped our construction repairs and is making us jump through some hoops to complete the repair.

Perfect Family Weekend!
This house was amazing and perfect for our family celebration. House had everything we needed and more. Thanks for the Tito’s and Prosecco! We appreciate the quick response when we needed propane for the barbecue. Everyone love this place and I will recommend for sure!

Pristine Home and Location!
Our family of 8 adults and 9 kids had the best time at this house in Park City! The house was better than we expected and had plenty of room for All of us! The kids loved the basement game room and the owners were incredibly responsive and hospitable! We will be back!

Great stay at 1049 Park Ave
This was our second time staying at this property. 3 dads and 3 teen daughters loved the property. Very clean, very updated, and great amenities. We loved the hot tub, the sound system throughout the house, the great kitchen stocked with everything one needs to cook a nice dinner, and of course, the short walk to the slopes. Property managers helped to schedule grocery delivery prior to our stay and stocked fridge prior to our arrival. We will be back!

Great home in a great location
Our group of 10 adults had a great stay at this super conveniently located home.
Park City homes are known for their thoughtful and creative use of space and this one is no exception. Unassuming from the outside, you step inside to a very modern well thought out home that offers a surprising amount of space for everyone. Our group of 3 adult couples and 4 singles had no problems fitting comfortably. The home boasts two wonderful communal gathering spaces - one downstairs and one upstairs that easily accommodated all of us.
The home’s location just a couple blocks from the town lift is hard to beat. No need for a car when you stay here - walk to the lifts and your favorite shops and restaurants.
The owner and manager were both very friendly and accommodating. We had a minor issue at check-in but received an immediate response from the manager and, shortly thereafter, the owner and the issue was resolved very quickly. A thoughtful welcome packet with helpful dining and activity recommendations was accompanied by an adult beverage gift to kick our trip off!

A week at Perfect Park!
With short notice, we decided to book a family vacation to Park City, Utah. With 11 people, we weren’t sure we would be able to find a house that would accommodate everyone. This house was perfect and exceeded all of our expectations. Starting with Jared and Dave - they were great hosts. Very quick to reply to my questions and gave wonderful recommendations for some delicious restaurants in the area. The pictures of this home don’t do a justice. There was SO MUCH space, we could have taken even more people and still had enough room for everyone. The home is tastefully updated with every amenity you could ever need and more. Beings our first trip to the area, we had no idea what a good location would be, but it doesn’t get any better than this - walking distance to every restaurant and shop on Main Street! Overall, this house + it’s hosts made our family vacation all we could have ever dreamed of. So happy we chose to stay here!

Great location, spacious, & beautifully decorated
The location is PERFECT, an easy walk into town and onto the slopes. The layout of the house lends itself well to larger groups. The house is clean, light and beautifully decorated. Some of my favorite features of the house in addition to the location are the steam shower, the comfortable beds, the projection television, and the spacious gathering areas. This place is a gem. Cannot WAIT to return!

Perfect location - Perfect house
Stayed over the holidays and was perfect house for big group. Location was A+ as it was super close to town and the ski lift. Felt like staying in a newly constructed house. Easy check-in and great amenities! Large theater room downstairs for movies, sports, etc. Even had a large boot warming wall to ensure all are ready for the mountain. Great place to bring kids as there are multiple bunk beds. Very convenient to be able to walk into town for dinner and nightlife.
I will definitely recommend to friends/family and plan to return!

great location, perfect for a big group
I've visited Park City every winter for the last 4 years and stayed in several different rental homes. This was by far the best home and our family is pretty picky. We had five kids to bring to ski school so the 2-minute drive to the base of the mountain made our mornings so much easier. We had a large group of 8 adults and 5 kids. The home is deceiving from the front because it's actually very spacious. Having two master bedrooms was also really nice. The big screen tv in the downstairs living room/game room was great for the kid's movies and watching football games. The owner provided a ton of fun games for everyone to play and there was Netflix in each room- which I think is a thoughtful touch that other homes haven't provided. Everything was brand new and beautifully designed. You can tell the property is well-maintained. The only small complaint is there isn't a garage, although there was plenty of storage for everyone's skis and boots. Overall, I would stay here again. I'd recommend this home for a big group or anyone who appreciates the walkability to Main St.

Bluebird Luxe Cottage
The newly renovated and tastefully appointed property perfectly accommodated our large family of 10 adults plus toddler. The spaciousness of the bedrooms and entertaining areas meant we were never cramped. The facilities, including hot tub, and kitchen/laundry appliances were second to none with every eventuality anticipated by the owner. It was a short stroll up to the Town Lift for those skiing and to Main Street for a wide selection of fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes plus a myriad of stores. The free bus service made it very easy to explore Park City if you don't have a car. The concierge was responsive to any issues within the house or assistance required. Highly recommend this property for a family holiday where no expense has been spared to ensure the perfect holiday for the guest.

Modern, Convenient & Cozy!!!
Perfect location within walking distance to Main Street (bars, restaurants, galleries) and the Town Lift. Or if you are heading the other direction, the bus picks up just steps from the front door to take you to the base of the mountain or Canyons. We loved the house. Everything is new and super clean. The downstairs bunk room was fun for the kids and far enough so we could sleep in upstairs. Jeff was great, reaching out before our arrival and giving us the tour when we arrived. The owner even provided a bottle of Tito's for our stay. Worth the rate. We'll be back!!!!

I own a chain of restaurants and take great pride in my Park City home and hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Hannah is an amazing caretaker of my home and she will accommodate whatever requests you might have.

I wanted to purchase a property that allowed me to enjoy the best that Park City has to offer within a short walking distance. If you have visited Park City before, you will know how advantageous this is to your vacation because you avoid wasting time waiting for buses or Uber's. My house is a short walk to Main Street, Town Lift to avoid the crowded base at Park City Mountain and all the bars, restaurants and boutiques.
