Recent property (2007) that can accommodate up to 6 people, in perfect condition, to enjoy spring and summer, and our beautiful late season in an authentic village, close to all your leisure and pleasures.
In a small private domain with three residences, this Provençal property of 137m², not overlooked, facing south, is located 450 meters from the beach (beach restaurant open for lunch and dinner, possibility of renting mattresses for the day) and the port (boat to ST TROPEZ = 15 minutes crossing, boat and personal watercraft rental) which you will reach on foot by taking, first the private road of the estate, then a public road along a river. The site is green and you can enjoy magnificent views of a forest of umbrella pines.
It is composed of three spacious, air-conditioned suites, from 21m² to 27m² for the largest, with dressing room, two bedside tables with individual lamps, the bathroom each including a large walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. The upstairs one has a private terrace. Both on the first floor open onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is spacious and functional, fully equipped. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals: American refrigerator, filter coffee maker and capsule coffee maker, fryer, electric juicer, toaster, oven and microwave oven, induction hob and extractor hood.
In the living room, you will find a plasma/ADSL television and a JBL amplifier and speakers. You can sit comfortably on the sofa and watch Netflix, Canal + with My Canal, Canal + Sport, YouTube and youth channels.
Outside, a private swimming pool of 5mX10m with a height of 1.55m with removable safety barrier, it is unheated but it has been completely renovated this winter. It is decorated with pool deckchairs and sunbeds, parasols, the nine-seater summer lounge with shade sails, table and chairs. The weekly maintenance of the pool is done by a professional.
An outbuilding with access from the terrace only has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer in the house, thus avoiding noise when using them.
The villa also has electric heating, electric shutters, internet/WIFI, a vacuum cleaner, a gas barbecue, a ping-pong table and we leave at your disposal, 2 mountain bikes and a classic bike.
The garden and the swimming pool are illuminated, you will also have access to the garage with electric opening for the parking of all your two-wheelers, there are also three parking spaces inside the property.
Three golf courses are 2O minutes away (BEAUVALLON, SAINTE-MAXIME, and ROQUEBRUNE) and the SAINT-ENDREOL golf course is 45 minutes away. Thalassotherapy is a 10-minute walk away. The large mini-market is 500 metres away as well as a take-away pizza shop and the first beach restaurant. The village with restaurants, bars, beaches and all shops are 1.5 km away, or 15 minutes on foot.
Linen (sheets, towels and dish towels) are provided free of charge on request. Cleaning products and cloths will be at your disposal for the daily maintenance of the house. Possibility of a housekeeper during your stay on request before your arrival.
Check-in times in July/August are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., schedules are more flexible the rest of the year, but no check-in after 8 p.m.
I will welcome you in person on the day of your arrival. An inventory of fixtures will be carried out when you receive the keys. Any anomaly or malfunction must be reported within 24 hours of your installation or during the day if it occurs during your stay, so that I can intervene as soon as possible.
When you leave, the apartment must be returned with dishes done and put away and bins thrown in the containers. Departure can be from 7 am to 10 am in July/August and from 8 am to 12 pm the rest of the year.
Parties are not allowed.
Pets can be allowed on request. People wishing to smoke must do so on the terrace for everyone's comfort.
