Fun Trip

If you plan to stay outside of the actual village, this is a good location. Bus stop right outside the unit was a plus.

Fun Friends Weekend

We had a great time staying at this property. The shuttle to the mountain was right outside the door, and the village was just a short 10 minute walk away if we didn't want to take the shuttle. Everything was clean, and there was ample space for our group. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Fabulous!

The unit is very well appointed, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning worked very well, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool area is gorgeous. Hated to leave, and can’t wait to come back!

Excellent unit for families, amazing location

We came to Tremblant for the Ironman 70.3 with our four younger children. The location to the village was perfect. Not too far, not too close. Definitely walkable, even with 4, 6, 9 and 11 year olds. Kids loved the community pool. Bunk room was ideal and was nice having two additional bedrooms for adults. Would 100% come back.

Great place for a ski weekend.

Nice three bedroom condo for our ski weekend. It could use an update as it is showing some age but nothing more than what you would expect for a rental unit. There are stairs to the entrance so those with mobility challenges may find it difficult to get to. Shuttle bus to the ski hill runs every 40 minutes. Kitchen cabinets could use a clean out. Overall it’s a nice unit in a good location.

VERY IMPRESSED!

I was VERY impressed with the condo and it's decor as soon as I walked in! Very open concept with the very high ceiling in the sitting room and dinning room. The kitchen (somewhat small and tight) had everything that is needed for all meals (cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, pans and appliances). The master bedroom upstairs was very spacious and comfortable as were the 2 bedrooms on the main floor. A 20 second walk to the 3 pools was a great convenience and about a 10 minute walk to the front gates of the village. In all, my family had a great time staying at this property. I would highly recommend it and would return to it in the future.

Great location, okay service

Overall property is decent and the pool area is great for kids. The property stock (kitchen aspects) leave a bit to be desired and the rental company doesn’t communicate anything once you check in. We tried emailing and calling and never had a response. The main AC unit doesn’t run properly and continually trips the breaker and I had to sort this out myself Overall a great spot to stay, just be aware of the poor response service from the rental company managing the property

Adequate

My group and I were met with hostility upon arrival for mistakenly parking in a non designated location. I was not sure who this individual was as they did not identify themself as a property manager OR another resident. I was also informed that our group was assigned a 250.00 or tally for smoking which is false with no way to dispute these charges. Unfortunately these incidents drastically impacted my/our overall stay.

Please know we always aim to be as transparent as possible with respect to our listings and their policies, wherein parking information is outlined as well as the building regulations pertaining to this particular mention, smoking. The building's syndicate did go to you personally when it was witnessed in the moment that there was smoking on the premises, where there should not be. We have also since spoken with the syndicate, who issued the fine, as well as to you, that this was respected after the fact and the fine was waived. We are sorry to learn that the building regulations were not up to par with your expectations, however as a family oriented place we must ensure that every guest/resident is respected, to which these regulations are in place. We hope that we can work with you personally for your next expected stay to ensure that we can find the perfect accommodation to meet your needs and serve you better!

Needing maintenance

The overall space is conducive to 6 adults and the high ceiling in the main room is lovely. Unfortunately this property needs an improved maintenance plan. Here is the list of issues that impacted our stay: Faucet in upper bathroom leaked so only 1 sink was used; the railings were very shaky so unable to use for support on stairs, many plug outlets did not work; oven was filthy, pans were dirty and very very used with no more Teflon coating left; starter pack was bare- no salt and pepper, sugar, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, food wrap. Since dining was only take out due to covid restrictions, we expected to cook all meals in, so the kitchen was a big disappointment. When I called Sunstar they delivered some small packets of salt/pepper/sugar… but told me they do not provide a starter pack that I was expecting and had experienced at other VRBO or Arbnb. So… if you stay here, bring your kitchen supplies and pots and pans with you!

Wonderful location.

Easy access to Mont-Tremblant for the Fête de la musique. Quiet and family-friendly. Challenges in communication for final registration. I called the day prior to arrival as I still had not received the access info. I was told it comes only the day , which of arrival which I found unusual.On the day of arrival, still nothing. After a few calls, someone mentioned to check my spam folder. The final registration form was there, waiting for me for several days. Filling out the form on my phone was difficult as downloading it took time. This process should be smoother. Finally, a few items to correct: some lightbulbs need replacing, For a group of 8 for one week, I believe more than one dishcloth and two dishtowels is required. More than one facecloth per person as well. There was no olive oil left and barely enough dishwashing liquid. None of the spice and herb bottles had anything in them. There needs to be a light for the outside stairs as the stone stairs are irregular, slippery when wet and in complete darkeness. The outside ramp is in need of repair as well. Several knobs on doors or dressers need to be tightened. That being said, the condo was wonderful, the beds comfortable, the rooms roomy, the family space very sufficient. I would return without any problem.
