Located in a quiet, well-established residential neighborhood in Nampa, this comfortable and spacious home is a great base for families and groups exploring the Treasure Valley. With 1,900 sq ft, four bedrooms, and five TVs, there's plenty of room to spread out and feel right at home.
The fourth bedroom has a stylish boho design that gives the home a little extra personality, and the large fenced backyard opens to a community common area behind the house where kids have plenty of room to roam. Everything you need is close by the Idaho Center is 7 minutes away, downtown Nampa is 9 minutes, and shopping, dining, and hospitals are all within easy reach. Boise Airport is 20 minutes out and Nampa Airport is just 10.
Must be 25 or older to book. No parties or events. No pets.

Clean comfortable convenient

Perfect place for a family visit to the Idaho area. Plenty of beds, nicely equipped kitchen and laundry room and a large living area with comfortable seating.

Perfect home

Great location and very nice home. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room and the owner was very good to work with after we had a small mishap the day we were leaving. We would stay here again!

Home away from home

This was a perfect spot for my first two weeks in Nampa, the home was clean and functional and the host very accomodating and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and in a good location. It was a nice relaxing spot after long days at work.

Perfect!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is in a quiet neighborhood in a great area and close to everything. We loved the house and anything we seemed to need was already provided for us when we arrived. It was incredibly clean and comfortable! Bryce was easily accessible by text at any time. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the place to reserve if you are coming to Nampa

We had the best time here, the owner was amazing with communication, we had arrived and unfortunately didn’t have much for pots and pans, but he had them delivered same day for us. The house was extremely clean, the kitchen was amazing to work with, water pressure in showers was just great, we enjoyed the backyard also, but wished we had a bbq. Definitely will book again in the future and thank you Bryce for just a stellar stay!

Basketball weekend

This was so great. It was a nice place. Me and my children, grandchildren spent a lot of quality time together. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The home felt safe and secure. I would highly recommend this home and the owner. They were really accessible and replied almost instantly.

Travel to Nampa from Canada

From start to finish, the communication with the owner was excellent! The property is also beautiful and well maintained. Very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to everything we needed. My only suggestion would be for some patio furniture so we could enjoy the outside a little easier. But would 100% stay at this property again.

Clean house

We had a quick stay in Nampa for a family reunion. Loved this clean & clutter free house. Had plenty of room for our family to have privacy and loved TVs in every room. Nice kitchen/living room space. Beautiful sunsets from the backyard. Bryce was awesome and quickly responded to any questions. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Not a lot of large cooking pot and pan options, but we had family bring over some of the items we needed.

Very good stay.

I had trouble with unlocking front door, but host responded very quickly. Over all very good, comfortable house with everything what needed. We were happy to spend time in this house.

Large property in a quiet neighborhood

Enjoyed my stay here. Really too much house for just one person. Everything was spotless. Kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to enjoy their stay. If you are looking to stay in the Nampa area this property, would be a great choice.

This is a very nice vacation rental in a quiet neighborhood that is in a great location for getting to Caldwell, Nampa and Boise. Very well stocked and comfortable, impeccably clean and well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend. Bryce was very easy to work with.

Nice home, stressful arrival

The owner of this home apparently has multiple properties and gave us the wrong address initially. So the property we thought was the proper address looked similar on the outside but was NOT our house. We ended up having the same code and walking into that home while someone else was occupying it. After panicking and figuring out the other property was 6 homes down, we found the floors had a spill and footprints down the hall, the sink was yucky and the rugs in the master were not shook out. Within 30 minutes the cleaners came back out to make it right though, which was nice. All in all, the homeowner was very nice and everything worked out. The beginning of the whole experience was pretty stressful unfortunately, but the owner Bryce was kind and ultimately was the reason we gave 4 stars.

Hi Jen, Thank you so kindly for you're review. I am so terribly sorry for your check-in experience. I 100% take responsibility for providing you with the address to the property 6 houses down. Due to this experience, I will no longer be providing the address in advance and all guests will have to follow the provided check-in instructing through VRBO. This was a mistake on my part and my process and hopefully, it will be resolved the next time you are back! I also, want you to know I hire only the best cleaning crew in town and this is not typical. I did not receive any pictures of the said claims you provided but I am so happy they had the time to come back out quickly to make sure the house was in top-notch shape for you and your group!!
