Wonderful stay! We stayed here to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner with friends for one night. The place was very clean and cozy, and the kitchen space worked out perfectly for reheating food and some last minute cooking. Thank you so much again Regina!

Great place to stay

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly spacious—the kind of place that immediately feels welcoming and homey. After a long trip across Idaho, it was exactly what our family needed to relax and recharge. Every detail was so thoughtful and comfortable, it truly felt like a home away from home. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect spot to rest on a long journey!

This place was unfortunately not as advertised. The property is very run down and very dirty. There were crumbs of food underneath the couches, old plastics underneath beds, and the beds were full of pet hair and large stains when we stripped the sheets. The bathroom fan doesn’t work, the main living room TV remote had dead batteries, and a piece of the lock system on the front door was constantly falling off inside. The freezer had items from previous guests, and the utensils and cooking supplies had stains that were removed after we had to hand wash them. Overall we were underwhelmed by the space and what it provided, a lot of TLC is needed in order for this to be anywhere near respectable as a rental.

Needs work

Nicely accessorized on the inside but that was about it. The yard was an absolute mess. Weeds and overgrown bushes everywhere. The neighborhood is sketchy and we didn't feel safe. Overhead lights don't work in the living room, shower head is awful and needs to be replaced. Found sugar ants in the living room so should be fumigated. I'm honestly surprised this has been approved as a VRBO as it just isn't up to the normal quality we've had with other properties.

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We do want to clarify a few things for future guests: the listing does note that the yard is a work in progress, and we’re continually improving the exterior space — including the installation of a brand new fence in February. The yard is mowed and maintained weekly to ensure it's presentable while we work on the landscaping. Regarding the living room lighting, the overhead lights are controlled by a remote located on the coffee table, not a wall switch. We wish you had reached out during your stay — we’re always happy to assist with anything and could have quickly explained that. As for the ants, this is the first time we’ve received a report like this, but we take it seriously and have already contacted our pest control provider, Saela, to inspect and address the issue immediately. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and will continue working hard to ensure the home is comfortable and up to high standards.
