Relax and enjoy your oceanfront vacation in this beautifully decorated Top Floor Condo (with elevator) including your own private oversized terrace. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 1680 sf home on Isle of Palms has stunning ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and Master bedroom! Large flat screen tv in den and in all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Villa is a close walk to shopping and restaurants and only 15 minutes away from Historic Charleston.
Sleeping accommodations are for 6 guests only. Wireless internet, bed linens, and towels included. No Smoking and No Pets enforced by HOA and Homeowners.
Covered Parking for 2 Cars per Unit.
Elevator to top floor.

* No house parties, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, fraternities, sororities, youth groups, or groups of students allowed. Strictly enforced rule.
* No pets or smoking. If pets or smoking are found you will be asked to vacate the property forfeiting all monies.

Perfect location!!

Our stay was amazing! This place is in the perfect location. Walkable to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, groceries etc. Easy access to the beach and pool! Everything we needed was in the condo and the views from the patio were wonderful! Everything was just as described and we will definitely be back. Extra nice that downtown Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan's Island are also very quick easy destinations :)

Memorial Day Weekend Trip

Beautiful condo. Perfect for our family of 5. 3adults and 2 children. Easy access to the beach and pool. Meg was a great host and very responsive to any questions. Parking was great with a covered garage. Walking distance to restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Love the Beach

The condo was great, and the view was wonderful! We had a small issue with water on our first morning and the owners took care of the problem quickly. Over we loved our days at the beach!

Wonderful find

Perfect place for a small family gathering after a year of not being able to be together inside. Beautifully done condo in great location with amazing views . Extremely well equipped and lots of thoughtful attention to details to make your stay so very enjoyable. A wonderful find.

Fall Break with kids and Grandparents

My wife and I had a fantastic fall break at IOP with my sons and parents. From the condo balcony my Mom and Dad loved watching the boys surf and boogie board, while the rest of us loved the easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The location, parking, pool and host are tough to beat!

Always an awesome

We were back for our annual Isle of Palms trip. We love this place, location is great, love this three-bedroom condo. Great view of the ocean and the pool. Meg, the host is always so easy to work with and accommodating. Would certainly recommend anyone staying here, we will be back.
