Hello Everyone, please come and enjoy our fully furnished Condo with all the fixings. We have a 2 bedroom unit it the quietist part of the complex. Steps to the pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts. Lakeshore has community pools, walking paths and listen to the ducks as you relax on the patio. We are an upper 2 level unit and have modern amenities. Unit comes with 1 parking stall and quest parking is easily available. Laundry is right outside our unit. Valenica/Santa Clarita is a beautiful community ready for you to explore. We are next door to Cal Arts and down the street from College of the Canyons.

Comfortable Condo

We stayed here for two months while visiting our family in Santa Clarita. It was the perfect place for us. Close to everything — shopping, entertainment, restaurants. The condo was nicely supplied. Lots of towels, kitchenware etc. the beds were comfortable. The tennis courts and pool were right out our door. Regina was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend!!

Worked well, host was easy to contact and helpful

Nice rooms, spacious, good appliances. Pool was not crowded. Overall would definitely recommend.

Nice place! Very nice owner!

Rented the place for our friends from overseas. Regina’s place was really nice! The home, the location, everything was lovely. Our friends enjoyed their stay so much and the pool, basketball court, and other amenities were great for the kids. Regina was also a great host, she was very responsive and helpful in everything. Would totally recommend this place!

Great condo, terrific hosts

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. Plenty of room, the two bathrooms were great. Location is excellent for us. HOA has pools, tennis courts and two pickleball courts which we used a lot! Right across the street from Vista Valencia golf course. Very quiet, well maintained complex. Regina and Eric were just excellent to deal with. Very helpful and responsive. There was a problem one day with the hot water and they had it resolved within a couple of hours! Had plumbers there on short notice on a Saturday! We will be back!

Home away from home

Displaced from losing our property due to the Tick Fire we were so relieved we found this property! The space is warm, inviting and served our family of four well. Very nice and quiet community. The unit is on the second floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, has everything that you may need and was clean upon arrival. There is 1 reserved covered parking spot but there are multiple other spots for additional cars. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need for cooking & baking and had some spices available also. There are plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the kitchen. There is a community laundry outside and is nearby with 2 washers, 2 dryers and a folding table (Credit card reader to pay for your load. Current charge as of December 2021; wash ($2.50); dry ($1.25)). Requested for more supplies for the rental and these have been added. The owners Regina and Eric provided timely responses and were always a pleasure to interact with. Very happy with our stay :)

Great family place

The place was overall nice, has appliances for cooking and Regina and her husband were very kind. Regina is quick at responding messages and when a small things needed fixing they came quick. The neighborhood was calm and safe. Having the pool and spa area was fun and relaxing. My daughter loved the pond and ducks. Many parks and lots of shopping areas around. Six flags is really near. If we are out here again we for sure will book here.

This place is awesome! Has everything you need and more! Regina is a wonderful host and responds very quick and is very helpful with anything you need!
