This house was perfect for our stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was superb. If we ever travel this way again, this would be, hands down, our first choice.

Property was exactly as described. Backyard was great, unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy it as we were exhausted when we returned each evening. Host was quick to respond when I reached out. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great neighborhood

Clean and quiet neighborhood. We went in great walks every morning. The grocery store is very close. We loved sitting outside and enjoyed the views. Great table to get everyone together for meals. Overall nice place.

2 Stays: Host very accommodating, property clean and pleasant

Lovely neighborhood in a great city near LA. Close to shopping and restaurants. House was very clean and comfortable. We stayed twice and enjoyed both times. Would definitely stay here again should we return to the area.

Enjoyable stay and great neighborhood

This was our second stay at this property, and we really enjoyed both times we stayed here. The access to community pools and tennis courts is a big plus for our family. Deana responds very readily to any questions or concerns we have.

Wonderful House

Deana/host was very accommodating to our requests, house is amazing with great views, wonderful walking trails, my family/dog were in heaven with the beautiful backyard, firepit & bbq setup with tv i was in heaven staying there.

Magical stay near magic mountain

Stayed here with my sister and nephews so we could do one day at hurricane harbor and a second day at magic mountain. The house was beautiful! The community pool was super close by! The owner was responsive to questions/messages and my pup got to join me. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Amazing Property/Location

This home is beautiful and the amenities are amazing! Valencia is a hidden gem. Safe and quiet location with great shopping/restaurants. Theme parks and beaches are 40-50 minutes away without traffic.
