As advertised

Right across from the beach, easy access. Only Think was the pullout couch, mattress was pretty thin. Would be good for kids, but adults are a little heavy and you can feel the frame.

Location good, unit okay.

Let me begin by saying location was good. Unit was okay. Couch/futon pictured is not what is in unit. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it and would not have let anyone sleep on it. It just looked dirty. Unit could use a thorough cleaning and decluttering. Kitchen looks like it has been stocked by a hodge podge of items left from other renters. No trash bag left in kitchen. No beach umbrella, beach chairs are old and not usable. We rented chairs/ umbrella from Green Iguana rentals. No check out instructions given. Overall I would rate unit at best 3.5 stars. Just needs some TLC!

It was ok, parking good, front rear views very comfortable

Tv service was a streaming service, how many seniors know how to do that, bedroom tv had no service to it, called owner on Friday for tv, no one showed up till Tuesday, no call ahead that service was arriving, missed him! No Tv again

Our 2 week getaway

Loved the area, the back dock and patio , the ocean right across the street. The condo is nice for the price. Does need some updating, kitchen cabinets need refacing, one nightstand is falling apart. We had a 2 week stay and were given only four bath towels and only one hand towel, the white dish towels need to be replaced in kitchen. Had an issue with the living room tv having no sound all 2 weeks. Things like this need to be addressed by owners regularly if they want return renters. On the whole, we really enjoyed our stay. Its a nice, relaxing, quiet condo complex.

Perfect spot!

This place was a perfect place for our stay. Being right across the street from beach made it so easy and the pool was huge & clean! The location was also great for groceries/convenience runs, only a few minutes down the road. We had a great time!

Very nice stay

Room was clean and inviting. Everything there for you to use. Laundry in same building. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Very quiet. Would stay again

We will be back!

This unit was perfect for my family of 4 (9yr and 6yr old boys). The dock right out the back door was amazing and we caught 15 fish in 2 days! The beach was easy to get to and clean. We enjoyed so much about the property and it's location, we will def be back again.
